Do not recommend. Have had nothing but issues from day 1. And now we realize that the 24 hour emergency service is a joke, good luck trying to get ahold of anybody, and when you do they'll tell you they'll call you right back, 2 days later nothing. What good is a warranty when you can't get service??

I purchased my heat pump unit through Jordan Air 5 years ago because they were highly recommended to me. My unit quit working in October 2022 (compressor went out) I paid almost $80 for them to come tell me what's wrong. The replacement parts were ordered and it was a 5 to 7 day lead time to have the unit repaired. I waited 14 days before contacting them about it, during that time I received NO updates NO contact from them letting me know there was a problem. I called to request an update and was told the part was ordered but they had no tracking/shipping info on it and it wouldn't be much longer. No apologies, no concerns if my home was warm or cold.. just """" be patient"""" so I was patient and waited another 14 days and still NOTHING.. no update nothing. I call again and ask to speak to a manager. I was told someone would contact me before 5 pm that day.. NOTHING... no one has EVER called me back since this ordeal started. Today Dec 21st I call AGAIN and this time the lady gives ME some ATTITUDE for asking what is going on? Treated me like it's MY PROBLEM not theirs.. I mean I paid close to $8,000 for a unit that should last me at least 15 years not 5 that comes with a 20 year WARRANTY.. and I have been extra patient for 2 months and this is the treatment you get??? I don't recommend this company to anyone!! They are clearly all about the sale NOT THE CUSTOMER or providing necessary upkeep or repairs..

As I was a former employee for jordan air Never Had a company to treats you with the most respect, Mr and Mis jordan have been amazing and the best people I have ever had work with. The path I have took in life had me part ways with them but I will always be grateful for the chance they gave me! Honest and respectful company, to them I wasn't just a worker. Thanks for everything and I hope our paths crossed Sincerely, Nick g

WORST SERVICE EVER! I spent over $20,000 on a new HVAC summer 2021 with Jordan Air. When it came time to service it this year, they stood me up 4 times with no phone call, they sent the wrong filters for the discontinued dehumidifier filters they sold me (been on my front porch for 2 months to be picked up), manager always calls my husband, not me, and I'm still waiting for them to fix it-since August! Guess I haven't spent enough money!?!

Highly disappointed in the way Jordan Air treated my widowed mother (70). My mom's hot water heater needed replacing over the weekend, and I am well aware of the increased labor costs associated with getting service on a weekend. The $250 """"emergency fee"""" was expected and not the problem. The first issue was they gave her a 50-gallon tank when they should have installed a 30- or 40- gallon tank given there are 2 bathrooms and 1 resident. Installing a larger tank only benefits Jordan Air as it allows them to charge more. The next problem was the invoice. No price breakdown despite my mother requesting this information. Just a number written out as to how much is owed, and in this case, they went with $2664. The tanks they installed is $915 at Lowe's, and the job took 2 hours. $915 (cost of wrong tank) + $250 (emergency fee) = $1165. That's the math. This means that plumber's labor was worth $700/hour, or, it means this company deliberately took advantage of my widowed mother at age 70. Absolutely despicable! This company's conduct is at the top of the list for the most shameful outfits I've ever encountered. Please do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. This outfit will take advantage of whoever they can and try to rob you blind.

Back in 2020 I bought a small mobile home for myself because my boys were grown. It was only me. This home the HVAC system on it looked old so I asked a friend to finance a new one for me. The representative (Clint Greeson) that was sent out by Jordan Air looked at my home and as the face for Jordan Air I TRUSTED him to give me a new system to fit my home. This guy gave me the most expensive HVAC system there was. The way Jordan Air finances is they sell you everything but the financing is thru Wells Fargo. After two years of having this unit I just found out it's the wrong unit. Clint Greeson sold me a 7 Ton unit for close to $12,000. How unprofessional and unethical. My home needed a 2.5 to 3 ton unit because I have a 2.5 water heater. I knew nothing about HVAC units and still do not but this guy did. So now my little home is in a bad predicament. It sweats around the vents and it's causing water damage to my home because the unit is so big. Make sure a man is with you when thinking of purchasing from Jordan Air. Shanna N. Willis-Thompson

We highly recommend this company. They have installed 3 HVAC systems for us. They were prompt, efficient, professional, courteous, and competitively priced. We also use their maintenance service and find it works well for us. One of the reasons we recommend Jordanair is: -things can go wrong in any service, and- it makes a HUGE difference how companies handle problems. When we had a problem with one new HVAC system, they made repeated efforts to fix it, and finally replaced the faulty unit under warranty. They did not give us a hassle. They remained responsive and professional. No one wants a problem, but when one occurs, you want the company to be on the customer's side, communicate well, and make every effort to resolve any issues. We know we can count on Jordanair to be reliable and honest in their dealings with us. Their hdqtrs is no longer in Watkinsville-they moved to Crawford,Georgia.
