Backed up kitchen sink. I called at 2pm, Jon was finishing a job and said ""I'll be there in 30 minutes."" He arrived in 30, checked out the sink, brought in his power snake and got water draining right away. It took him about 45 minutes fo complete the job and clean up. The wife is happy again and I was pleased with the job and price. His card is now in my plumbing file. THANKS for an EXCELLENT JOB VERY WELL DONE.

One of our outdoor spigots wouldn't shut off and water was gushing out. Contacted Jon,who had previously done work for us including putting in a new hot water heater, and he walked me through shutting off the water and came out immediately. Making this long story short, he checked everything and our regulator was not working which could have resulted in a water disaster. Now it's working and the price he charged was fair. I highly recommend Jon for all your plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about Jon. About a year ago he bailed us out of a serious emergency water leak. Since then we've had a bathroom pipe break and the thermal expansion tank our water heater fail. Jon has been quickly responsive to all our issues and scheduled immediate visits. He is extremely thorough in his consideration of the problem, is comprehensive in his explanation of the issue, and his work is exceptional. Again, I would highly recommend.

Jon is the best, the absolute best!! He not only correctly diagnosed our (multiple) plumbing issues, he also identified a roofer's giant mistake that could have - honest to God - killed my family from carbon monoxide poisoning. He even followed up with the roofer on our behalf, insisting the roofer return to fix the issue. Thanks to Jon, the roofer came that same day to fix the missing vent, and Jon returned that same week to make sure the roofer followed through correctly. I mean, who follows through like that?!? Super fast response time. Jon is very honest and his prices are very reasonable! We had him come out to fix something and he told us it did not need fixing and would not charge us a consultation fee. Very cool! So we had him do some. other work so we could pay him something! :)
