I called them at 4:30pm and they had someone at my house by 9am. It wasn't an emergency situation but I appreciated them showing up so fast. The technician went above and beyond to fix our clog and in this old house that's saying something!

I wanted to share our recent experience. We needed a job started ASAP, gave the ok to do it last Thursday, had BlueStake out on Monday and the job completed this morning! Thank you Bluestake peeps and Jonovich Companies, Inc., -especially Jason and Josh for the regular updates and hard work to get it done! We really appreciate it!

Had an unfortunate plumbing problem on a Saturday and called to see if someone could help us out. The first guy we spoke to took our information and said that he would have the person on call get in touch with us. So an hour goes by with no call so we call back and speak with a lady who pulls up our information and asks if the person we spoke to first informed us that no one is on call for today. No we were not informed and she said that possibly someone would call on Sunday. We are currently in a hotel for the night. Very unfortunate in a small town when your local company doesn't have a number or person available for emergencies

Despite the fact that other people in town had told me they overcharged I had to call Jonovich because the jobs I needed done were on a tight timeline and I couldn't get ahold of any other plumbers. Jonovich has done three jobs for me, I received little to no communication regarding what needed done nor the estimated cost. After the first job I asked the person who took my payment over the phone to please mail the receipt to me...never saw it. After the second job and phone payment she offered to email me the receipt and took my email address...never saw anything. After the third job the plumber took my check, left the receipt, but didn't bother explaining what the charges were for, nor how they added up.

I had a new faucet installed in the kitchen and right after the plumber left I tried it and it was leaking at the wall. I had to call the plumber on his cell to come back to get it right and he tried to blame it on me, ""What did YOU do."" he kept asking me.

When they came out to snake the drains because of a clogged toilet they had to run the snake 3 times, overcharged me by the hour, and left with the clog still there, said they needed to replace the pipes to the street. And yet, another plumbing company in town came out, ran a snake the same way, ONCE and everything has been flowing properly since!
