Thomas A.Justin showed up, used his professional expertise to tell me what needed to be done and what my options were (I had a water service line leak), and his wife worked with me over email to write the quote. It was incredibly convenient to not have to try and call over a period of days during business hours. I also scheduled over email as well. Day of the job, he shows up on time and gets to work replacing my whole water service line from the water meter to my house. He coordinated with the local water utility, shut my water off (warning me beforehand of course), replaced my line, tested everything and the replacement was done. I am 100% satisfied with the work, warranty, and the process of doing the job. I was also very glad to be able to get a local plumber who knows the Olympia-Tumwater-Lacey area.
