Hello, yeah a got a price for a pump out of my septic. The women told me the price on how much it would cost. The man came like he said he would but, charged me 20.00 more then the lady on the phone. What Told the man that, said she was wrong lucky I had exterra cash on me. 18 years had them do all my pump outs. Also, didn't like the service that was preformed. Sorry, but you shouldn't change prices when you tell someone a price.

If I could put a negative star I would. Piss poor customer service. Ordered a portable toilet for a job site and she mistakenly got it confused for a weekend rental and picked it up before the job started. I called her to ask what happened and to see if we could get it redelivered and she said """" I don't make mistakes I will take it back out there for $50.00"""". The company I work for has all phone calls recorded so we brought up the recording of which she confirms the delivery of a construction unit on the set date and she refused to believe that this is true. We told her we would dispute the original charge on our credit card because we did not receive the service we had paid for and she did not want to help us resolve the issue and immediately she turned around and began charging our card again for another portable toilet right after we had hung up with her. So now we are dealing with a fraud issue as well as not having a portable toilet on our job site. I do not recommend using this company.

I contacted them at 10 on Thursday night via email. They called me Friday morning and had my septic tank cleaned out by 1130 on Friday. They were very professional and did a great job.

They don't deserve any stars luckyI had to to post the review this place does horrible business and piss poor customer service very disappointed in the sorry service they provided this wasn't the first time they came out and pumped my septic this time he was said to be there at 12 and no call and when I contacted him at 3:15 said he was on his way to my home when my family got home at 3:45 pm to find him sleeping in my driveway then after 15 mins says he's done two days later after no one was home my septic needs pumped again because he never pumped it in the first place then when I call to speak to a supervisor the woman who answered refused to let me leave my number for the supervisor and when I asked why she was so rude I got hung up on they will never get my business again couldn't even provide the services that was paid for
