I had to use this plumber TWICE in one month - One small job (replacing kitchen facet) and then a big job (replacing a hot water heater).

Both times the PRICE was the best I found around town and the repairs done right and the serviceman friendly and considerate.

BEST PART: Both times - they came out that day and didn't put me off like the other plumbing companies did. This is a stand-up business. I recommend them HIGHLY.

I called them to get a water purifier hooked up to my fridge. He quoted me a good amount (upwards of $200) but I paid him anyway hoping to get the job done.
He got the new pipes and used the pipes that came with the purifier. He used a smaller pipe to connect to the line coming in so it slowed the water force right there. I didn't realize it initially but after 1-2 weeks of use, I noticed that the water force is considerably slow.

I texted him mentioning that the water is considerably slow and he should change the pipe and that would make all the difference.
I called him 4 different days (10/7, 10/1, 9/29, 9/28) and he never picked up so I left voicemails all the time. He didn't call me back even once to talk through the issue or come and check it himself.

I found them very unprofessional when I have paid the full price for their service.
It's very rude not to return phone calls of your client when he leaves you 4 voicemails.

2 months ago, I had some work done and was so pleased that when I had problem with another toilet, Jones Plumbing was a obvious choice. Beware, this time they did significantly less work for almost the same cost as the last time they were here. No receipt. All I can say is at least the toilet is fixed, but I'm not pleased that this time is was so much more expensive.

Jones got my job done but when I had a backup again two weeks later, they were non-responsive. I left them 2 voicemails and 1 message via Yelp and nothin but crickets. I ended up calling another company and paying another $300+ to have my sewer main line cleared. Maybe the guy was on vacation but that's not how you run a business.

Our kitchen faucet needed a replacement and we tried several plumbing companies but no one was available or were too expensive. Jones Plumbing was prompt in responding to our messages and were able to take care of the replacement the same day. Technician was efficient and did an excellent job. We will certainly use them again if the need arises. Highly recommend Jones Plumbing for plumbing work.

I needed to get a leak in my kitchen, fixed after a long shower. I called Jones plumbing they arrived at my home on time on Saturday , Jeremy Jones was friendly , professional and got right to work wearing a mask. After a hour and a half, my ceiling was open , the problem was found and fixed for a awsome price. Also got a price for a future job. My Saturday was saved, happy and I will use them again.!!!!!!! E.
