We had called for a non-emergency and had a appointment for 2days later. Then we had an emergency and they came quickly, we're knowledgeable and efficient and fixed our non emergency since they were there. The customer service couldn't have been better.

I had noticed a gel like substance starting to build up on my hot water line to my washing machine. I immediately called Chris Jones about getting it fixed. He was here bright and early the next morning and within 1/2 hour had a new valve and hoses installed. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend you call Chris Jones!

I've used Jones Plumbing before to change out a shut-off valve and service as well as price was good. Today, I woke up to no heat and needed someone to work on my boiler. I called Chris Jones at 6 am and explained my issue. He said I would be better served by a heating tech rather than a plumber. He referred me to one that he works with frequently and facilitated the exchange of info. The impressive part is that he then called back 3 times to make sure we made contact and I was taken care of. He even said that if I was in a jam he would ask his dad if he could come out of retirement to help. This was the best customer service for someone that wasn't even a current customer.
Jones Plumbing will be my call from now on for anything more than a kinked garden hose!

Called Chris Jones out to repair a slight leak in a dishwasher. The second time we used it the leak started again. I called Chris back to report this and see if he would come back out and have another look at the dishwasher. He said there would be a second charge for coming back out to look at it. We will definitely not be using Chris Jones plumbing in the future.
