Fast and friendly and they do the job right. The office staff is great, they call you if there's an opening if you need emergency service. I will be using them again in the future.

Horrible customer service. I manage rental properties and have used them for a few years at least once a month. Some times they go days with out returning phone calls. I called them for a rental property and explained 3 plumbing issues we were having at the property. They sent me a bill stating that they put something on a faucet that was not the right size or brand, but that the problem was fixed and if it leaks again would need to replace sink. If they would have contacted me I would have told them to replace the sink instead of rigging it up with something that might just break again resulting in me having to pay another service fee for them to come out another day. 3 days after they came out the sink started leaking again. Called them and asked for them to come back and replace faucet. I requested to only pay for parts and labor and not pay for another service fee, but she said no. The whole time she talked over me and was completely rude. Which I was shocked being that we use them so often. I have a few more instances I don't want to waste my time writing. Good luck to them. They just lost a our business. Not to mention now I will be sure to let everyone that asks for recommendations to stay clear of this company.
