I have used RoadRunner a number of times. First time was to buy a Navien Boiler which se did in 2018...we love it and get piping hot water all the time. We have used them a few times since. Twice for a plumbing repairs our house is close to 30 yrs old and hard water is rough on the pipes. Were have used them to change out faucets and toilets.

Jared is wonderful. Quite knowledgeable and he can tell you about a really nice de-ionizing system to soften your water. I would use RR in a heartbeat.

Jared did an awesome job getting our sink and tub ready to go! He had to lay on the floor to line up the piping under the sink as the vanity was lowered over him - and it was a heavy vanity! He also worked to get the final touches on the tub piping - which looks great with the handles ready for temperature, water pressure, shower, and hand shower! Fabulous job!

My radiant heat froze. They came and got it working and made an 8 am appointment to come back, insulate, and put on a new filter. I changed my schedule around to be ready for an 8 am appointment, but they did not show. I called at 8:30 to check on the status, and they told me the technician was on his way to the parts store to get the filter. I told them I have to go because I have to get down to Albuquerque and can't afford to sit around and wait for them. My view is when you make an 8 am appointment, please show up at 8 am.

This is probably one of the worst companies I've ever hired to do anything. In late August, they supposedly came to clean my dryer vent. A day later, wet lint started backing up into my dryer. As I'd never had this problem before, I thought it was an issue with the dryer. It took quite a long time to get a repair technician in (Covid times!) to tell me that it was because the dryer vent cleaning had been done so poorly that it had caused an additional blockage, possibly because the tech from Roadrunner had accidentally sealed the vent on the roof. I called Roadrunner back and explained that they needed to come and fix their problem. They scheduled me for a week out. When the tech failed to arrive that day, I called them. ""Oh, the tech called in sick, we'll have to reschedule you. We called you this morning to let you know!"" (They had not.) A day later, when they still hadn't called, I called them to reschedule. They told me that they would maybe reschedule, but that I'd have to pay them again to fix their mistake because it had been more than 30 days before I'd been able to get a dryer technician to diagnose the problem that they had caused. Absolutely terrible service. I will be using my only recourse at this point, which is to dispute the initial charge with my credit card company.

We have used Roadrunner for over 2 years for a variety of work // Each time, the technician has been well trained and explained everything in detail // The last job of seasonal work was done by Eddie // We would be happy to have him every time // The prices for all of the work have been reasonable and the technicians arrive when scheduled //

They never answer they're phone, nor respond to when I left several messages. I finally got a hold of them and they were supposed to send a tech over two weeks ago. They charge $289 just for walking through the door snd $179 for each hour afterwards. They charge the FULL hour even if they work 10 minutes more. The guy showed up 10:00 for a 12:00 appointment, however he was literally two weeks late!!! I had a fabulous handyman fix the issue I was having for $80, INCLUDING the part!

We had 2 mini splits installed and they needed servicing. The office staff (Carissa) and the technician (Eddie) were so great work with. Attentive, efficient, professional. Vey good to interact with pt that listen and care.
