We have used Tommy Jones and his crew for about four important plumbing projects. They all were perfect. Only one had a slight problem, and the plumber returned the next day and fixed it to perfection. I would never use another plumber. The company was recommended to me by someone else, and I've recommended it to others. They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable, careful with your home and respectful of you. I've used other plumbers in the past, and all I can say is you get what you pay for. Love these guys.

We had a faucet that went from a small leak to a huge gushing water-waster over the weekend (because they always happen after-hours, right? and we were on vacation and didn't know until we got home!). We started calling around and my husband found Jones & Jones. He wasn't able to come out until the next day, but asked questions to help determine what the issue was, and gave us the time he'd be coming out. He called day-of within the set time-frame to let me know he was on his way and quickly determined the problem once he arrived. Our faucet was an older model, so he had to run out to get a part, it took him no more than 15 minutes and he provided me the cost upfront for the service before he left. Upon return, the faucet was fixed in no time! The total cost ended up being $10 less than he told me it'd be, because the part he needed was cheaper than he estimated. It's a small, family run business and those are exactly the types of service companies we like to use. If I need help in the future, I'll be calling Tommy Jones again.

Tommy and Chris went through hell and """"hot water"""" to fight with my useless ass Choice Home Warranty Program to get my new hot water tank installed and paid appropriately. They are truly amazing and care about there customers. Words can't express how they went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much Tommy and Chris. God bless you!
