Their services have downgraded substantially and their prices have gone up. They sold me a heating unit for over $9000 but it broke down in a few months. Since I had to keep the unit it has broken two additional times. Thpey left me 3 days without heat and since it happened over the weekend no one called back to even tell me they did not have available technicians. The fourth day they send a technician who charged me $1600 to change a piece that in my opinion was not necessary. In spite of the price since it is the middle of winter I paid the bill but asked to talk to a manager. Well this 1600 dollars repair did not worked and two days later the heater went cold again. They sent a second technician and the unit failed a second time. They send a third technicians who finally fixed the problem. When I called the office asking to talk to a manager, the ladies in customer service gave me the run around. The managers can not be reached when you want to discuss their inefficient service. It is a ripoff. BAD SERVICE -HIGH PRICES and MANAGERS WHO DON'T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY . A complete loosing proposition.STAY AWAY FROM THEM specially if you are a senior. They will take your savings.
I am still waiting for a manager to call me. I w
will give them one more week and then write to their President hoping he replies.

We called Jones at 7:00pm to report an emergency electrical problem. We called them back at 7:30am the next day & 9:30am, & 11:00am. We have no heat, refrigerator food going bad n the electricity is going on n off on one side of the house. At 11:00am they tell me that they can get me on the schedule tomorrow...I called another electrician.

Service techs themselves are always great and professional but their prices are absurd. Wanted to charge me ~$500 for a $20 capacitor. They said ""we know the part is cheap but you're paying for our time to install"". Keep in mind it's 2 screws to open side panel and then disconnect and reconnect 4 wires to a new capacitor. Did it myself for $20 in 3 minutes. Seems to me they take advantage of people in a crunch. Would be a great company if they were reasonable and fair with pricing.

They replaced a 10 foot pvc pipe from toilet to my septic and replaced the toilet because there was a ""crack"". They were done within 5 hours and charged my over $5000 dollars. I found out his is a ridiclous price afterward. They are scammers !!!

Jones Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric made my pipe burst a priority and were at my house quickly. They repaired the damage in a timely manner and explained the necessary repairs as well as how to prevent future problems.

I have used Jones many times in the past and the last few times I am sad to say have really changed my opinion of the company. I first went with them because I felt that they were more professional than a few of the smaller plumbing guys I have used in the past and they actually were. Now it seems they have some bad apples working for them or it's that they are suffering from the side effects of the pandemic, either way it's unacceptable. You have one guy come to your home and over charge for subpar work and then they send a guy to supposedly fix the problems who from the beginning had a bad attitude and would probably like to be unemployed. I don't like to throw anyone under the bus but this last guy really had my blood boiling (Butch)! To anyone who needs a service from Jones I say to you good luck. You may get what you pay for or you may want to put hands on the guy who comes to your house looking for an early retirement session

I'm not sure if any of these 5 star reviews are valid but I could tell you I'd never hire them again and would never recommend them to anyone I care about. Overpriced and full of air; without much substance. I smelled BS right from the beginning but didn't trust my instinct. Next time I'll know better.

Well in previous posts, I detailed how my heating system, 14 years old, was reaching it's end of life and the fixes Jones was doing to help prolong its life...well it was decided to take the beast off life support and replace it with a new model. As stated before I was credited with all patch and fixit repairs, and on 1/12 a new system arrived. the 3 man crew arrived a lilt after 9, as promised. Covered all rug areas w drop cloths and began work replacing the unit...about 8 hours later, and I didn't see them take a break for lunch, I have a new more efficient system with a great parts/service guarantee. Again, Jones will be the only heating vac company for us..

I am a previous employee with Jones Services. It was a pleasure working with the company. I maintained a great relationship with co workers and management. Staff was always helpful and whenever you needed help or needed to voice an opinion your voice was heard . The benefits were great. I left the company because I was offered a position closer to come . I would recommend working at Jones Services!
