I had a leak in a exterior hose tubing outside my home fixed by Jones company recently. The technician was well mannered and knew how to do the job well. The original cost estimate was rather high. They charge $99 fee to come to the location.

I did request the management to review my bill, which they did. I am happy due to their response and some bill adjustment, Also I found out that it is better to call the management before the work is done. if there is any problem with the quote.

And finally, their receptionist is always sweet and helpful
