We have used Gary Jones for all our plumbing needs over the past 10 years. He was recommended to us by my inlaws who have had Gary do their plumbing needs for more than 20 years. We have always been very happy with his and his son's workmanship and communication. They show up on time and get the job done properly. Not to mention they are great people. I called Gary who was recommended by our electrician (whom we love). In this time of Covid I expect long lead times, but Gary was SO responsive!!! He cane right away to assess the situation, gave me a quote that evening and made his schedule around our granite installation. He is AWESOME. Great work, so responsive, wore masks, which made me very comfortable since I have a suppressed immune system. He and his son are MARVELS!!!!! They have become ""our"" plumbers!

Gary and Peter Jones came to my home to install a new gas line for a fireplace for a new room under construction. I am very critical of craftsmanship and attention to details. I was very impressed not only with the quality of their work but also in the care they took to protect my home during the installation. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with their work.

Update 07/23/2019
They returned to the job site to connect the installed fireplace to the gas line and perform the detail and finish work. Through the whole process their workmanship was exceptional and they totally cooperated with my general contractor for scheduling and tasks. They were highly professional in every way. I am very happy.

Plumber - Gary C Jones Plumbing & Heating out of West Yarmouth
He did a bunch of work in our house when we did our bathroom re-model. The shower head, shower mixing valve, and sink faucet all are not working correctly. I have been in touch with him since March to get it fixed, I even got the parts myself. He told me to ""Go Fu*king call someone else"" He doesnt stand buy his work and should not be trusted.
