My partner and I own a small apartment complex in Loveland that needs some major work done. This could be over $100,000+ job. We are upgrading the property from the septic system to the city sewer. Jesse came out and was surprisingly rude and dismissive while walking the property. Bad day maybe? He knew it all. His demeanor was insulting but I wanted him to quote the job anyway since he seemed to be knowledgeable. But he can't be bothered to do a quote. When called he infers that he can't be bothered if it's not a 'sure thing.' WHAT? This is a huge job and he thinks we're just going to give him the job sight unseen? The following week - nothing. So I called him and evidently he's too busy, doesn't have time. So I told him to forget it. What a shame. Jesse is obnoxious. Terrible experience. Guess we'll hire another company to do this $100,000 job.

I had a sanitary line collapse at my house and it need to be redone as soon as possible. I talked with 5 companies including Jones getting time estimates and pricing. To my great surprise Jones was able to respond extremely fast and were the lowest quote I received. My wife has a ton of flower beds and land scaping in our front yard (where the sanitary service runs directly under) and was very upset that it was all going to be destroyed right before the holidays. Thanks to the crew and the equipment they use they were able to only dig two pits and bore under everything else without destroying all the landscaping and flower bed. The crew were great guys and all work was finished and installed and cleaned up in less then a day. I could not have asked for better customer service from Jones office staff and all the field crew members. I would defiantly recommend Josh and his team at Jones.

The way to describe this company is ""RIP-OFF"". A few years back I had a leak to the main water supply to the house. I contacted this company and I have to say that I would not recommend them to anyone.
They quoted me a 2 to 3 day job to repair the main water supply line to the house. They quoted me about $5000 for the job.
Well, when they did the repair, they were only there for less than 6 hours. In the end they did not replace the main water line, but ""bypassed"" the main line with another pipe and drilled a hole into the foundation and hooked it up to the main line by the utility room. They had to cut holes in the drywall of the basement to pull the pipe through the joist in the basement and get to the utility room. They did not repair any of the drywall holes, leaving gaping holes in the wall. They left the front yard a muddy mess and did not clean anything on the job.
At the same time my neighbor had the same issue and had to replace the pipe also. I got to talk with them because I was curious about what they had done. Their company's crew was there for about 3 days. They REPLACED the main water line. They repaired anything they did in the basement and the front lawn. They left the place like it never had a problem. When they told me that their estimate was $5000 also, I couldn't believe it. In my neighbor's repair, they did the job right, fixed the areas that they were working and actually replaced the water line, not just by-passing the line.
I did call the office and the person that helped me stated that they bid the job, regardless of the time that took to complete and that clean-up was not their responsibility. Basically, they charge about $833 an hour. And what they did was not done correctly.
If you hire this company, beware of my experience with them being unprofessional and un-ethical.

Jones has done several projects for us including two water heaters and an ejection pump. Each project was done on time, with quality materials and a fair and reasonable labor charge. Their employees are personable, respectful and very qualified. Jones is our go to for everything plumbing.

My husband set up our sewer line replacement and did not explain to me what was involved AT ALL. So when I showed up and found a backhoe on the front lawn and two 10 foot deep holes, I totally admit I lost it. The entire neighborhood heard it, along with the Jones crew. However, the owner was SUPER calm, professional and respectful and despite my anger, helped me understand the situation and explained it to me. He also assured me that he would put it all back together almost good as new. And he did! It was a bigger project than he and my husband expected, but the very next day, the rock border was replaced, the sod was back on the lawn, and except for a small area of concrete which had to be removed, it was amazing how much you couldn't tell anything had been done. They did an excellent job at a fair price and were able to handle pissed off me, which is saying A LOT. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Jones come out last year to re-do and irrigation system that that wasn't done right before by another outfit.
They completed the job, but, when I went to irrigate, there was a major leak at the source, with water pouring out of the riser box.
I was told by the owner that it the ground had probably shifted.
Instead of making it right, he didn't offer to do anything.
Turned on the system this year and the same thing is happening- obviously the ground didn't shift back- I see where the water is leaking out at the pipe joint that he had re-connected. Not happy
Update-spoke with the owner today and he said they would fix the leak at their expense

Poor service and this is why: (1) did not arrive on time arriving 90 minutes late without a call (2) Josh's attitude was egoistical and demeaning and argumentative (3) another pipe was broken although did not inform us or fix it until the next morning when we had no water and (4) there was advertised a senior citizen discount and when, asked about it, Josh asked my age (64) he intermediately raised the age to 65.The next day, I called their office and was told that the owner would call me which was ridiculous.. We played phone tag for a week and I gave up. Nothing was discussed or resolved. Doing business with these people is a joke and we are done with them. If Josh's attitude had been different by being helpful and nice, we could forgive all of this, but as he was leaving he said, ""don't call us again for help!"" That won't be a problem - we never intend to call them again.
