The guys were great!! Assessed the area and completed the work in no time! They put down a runner on the carpet to keep the work area clean. They arrived when they said they would and quick, they had the new hot water heater done in just over an hour.

My mother's air conditioning stopped working so I called Jonathan's Heating &Air. The very nice lady that answered the phone was very understanding and sent Tyler out right away. Tyler was great! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it asap. He is a great asset to the company. Will definitely use them again!

The bottom level of our home flooded, and we needed help with our heater/ac and a thermostat installed. Time was not on our side, as we needed the problem rectified right away. I contacted Jonathan Heating and Air, and that was the best decision I ever made. John Sr and John Jr are very proffessional, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. They immediately came to our aid. After the job was completed John offered suggestions on other items requiring attention, so we avoid another disaster in the future. It's very difficult at times to place trust in certain businesses in the service industry. However, as soon as I spoke with John Sr by phone, I immediately knew he was a trustworthy and reputable gentleman. I didn't need to call anyone else. Whenever you have problems with your heater/ac or plumbing, look no further than Jonathan's Heating/AC. Their service is phenomenal. You'll be glad u called them. I am a client for life.

Fantastic guy!!! We called Horizon first because we didn't know any better and they wouldnt touch our heater due to age. (43 yrs) They charged me $150 and didn't do anything but set me up a finance consult for a new system ranging from $11-$19 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I cried... then my son went on Facebook and we found talk of a local company and I found his number on Google. Jon called me back within 20 minutes and came to see our heater quickly. Not only did he service it (horizon didn't even do that!) he replaced parts and got us up and running very quickly!!! He also discussed rates with us that were a THIRD of Horizons and we made a plan to update our AC and Heater in spring that he will do and left us warm and unstressed knowing we aren't getting taken advantage of. Also he was ever so polite and explained everything he was doing. Great people still exist!!!!! We will forever use his company for our HVAC and plumbing needs.
