We have been using Jonasson Plumbing for an ADU project on our property, but we were having a sewage backup issue in the main house (on a Saturday night of course). I contacted Jason from Jonasson Sunday morning and not only did he pick up the phone on a Sunday, but he got in contact with someone who could get to us the same day at an extremely reasonable price.

Once his guy arrived the issue was fixed within 5 minutes, but he stayed and monitored the main pipe while we flushed all the toilets and ran all the showers/tubs to really make sure the line was completely cleared. He explained what was causing the issue, but there was no upselling or additional work pushed on us. Really it was just so we could understand the sewage piping of this older house and decide if we wanted to explore options later on changing out the main line.

I cannot express how great these guys have been on our ADU project, and this issue in our main house has shown me that they really care for their customers and take pride in helping. I can't recommend them enough; thank you guys!

I was in a bind, my sink in laundry room was clogged. I called Jonasson Plumbing, Jason said he would be right over. Sure enough him and two of his workers showed right up. My pipes under the basin were old. They removed it and unclogged my sink. They replaced the pipes. Walla like brand new again. Such a pleasant experience and so reasonable ( I may have gotten a senior discount) I will be calling this company again for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Jonasson Plumbing! Saturday night I came home to find that I had a very nasty plumbing problem and called and spoke to Jeremy. All of their men were already on jobs but Jeremy was kind enough to give me recommendations on who to call and the to call back later to make sure I had gotten help.
