JON WAYNE DOES NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!!! BEWARE!!
I called to have my a/c filter changed out.
I then asked dispatch 3 different times if I could finance it and the tech would put in the filter that day for the lower price and they said "yes" EACH TIME.
When the technician arrived, he said he couldn't do it for the lower price but that I had to pay the full price. So my husband called dispatch back to let them know what the technician was saying and how dispatch had said that the tech could do it for the lower price. Dispatch told my husband they would HONOR their word. We told the tech what dispatch said and he STILL said "no" because his boss and the head of dispatch said "no".

They do not stand behind the poor products they install or thier faulty installations unless they force you into a protection plan. In other words, everything they do is crap unless you have to deal with unless and until you pay an annual protection plan. I paid 13k for a dual zone mini split that has not worked from the time it was installed. DO NOT BUY THE HYPE. I totally regret dealing purchasing this system from Jon Wayne. They rip people off and pay for marketing to make you think they are good. All they could say is no paid protection plan, no coverage-
It does not matter if what they put in never operated properly. Save yourself money and a headache- Go with Beyer Boys - they are what Jon Wayne advertises to be.

Ac went out called jon Wayne , they came over JUST took pictures of the unit said it was fried ,didn't open the unit and quoted us several packages the cheapest which being 13k and the most 29k. Our ac friend came over OPENED it saw the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes payed only 175$. Don't get scammed (get a second quote before buying)

This is my 2nd review. I've used John Wayne for 2 other major home jobs, and I am very pleased starting with Carlo, who serviced and assessed my AC. Extremely professional and explanatory of how things work. Ended up purchasing a new AC and having ducts cleaned. Yes, it was a little more pricey than other companies, but the follow up and service is excellent. It was well worth it and trust they will fix anything if needed. The AC team and duct team Marcus, Gilbert and Christian, extremely very hardworking, knowledgeable, just great guys. Sal & Colton did the duct cleaning and were equally professional. Good company, integrity and keeps their word. I'll continue if I need anything else serviced.

City inspector just came out to inspect our $23K new AC system that we bought back in August. Were told we needed complete electrical upgrades and a new outdoor panel. Inspector rolled their eyes and said we were had. The description of the problem was nonsense. And....we'll be paying this tab for quite a while with a predatory loan company who calls me every 2 months to ask if I want to refinance my house or buy solar panels. All because we were in a jam with our kid suffering in the heat in the middle of August.

Found leak on downstairs commode. Went online to schedule for Monday afternoon. I had medical appointment at 1200. They called Monday before 0700 (I was asleep). I returned their call and they told me the earliest they could get to me was Friday. I called another company (Mr. Rooter) and they were able to schedule for the time I requested on Monday. I called Jon Wayne back and cancelled the Friday appointment. I called them initially because we had really good experience with their HVAC section.

Installed a new system in May. Today was the first time it has gotten cold enough to have heat. Well, the heat didn't work. Went to their website at 0600 and they have a live chat session. Actually spoke with a person. Took my info and at exact 7 AM I got a call from the office. Made an appointment and less than an hor later got a call back that tech's were en route. Was told between 9 and 9:30. Jorge and Jonathan got here at 9:10. Did their checkout, determined the problem (possible factory wiring issue), repaired it and were in their way by 10.

Could not be happier. Service has been excellent. If anything ever changes I will update my review.

We would definitely recommend.

System was expensive. But we are paying for quality products, quality service and peace of mind. So far, so good.

Over priced services, never again will hire this company. $700+ for a simple garbage disposal installation. Premium price even when the new garbage disposal was provided. Highway robbery! Shameful! Shameful! So many families struggling to make ends meet and you literally take them for every hard earned nickel and dime.

My wife asked these guys to simply re-plumb the sink and reconnect the dishwasher.

$1000+ was the tab.

How many plumbers do you know that make $500/hour?

I will never use these guys again - buyer beware. These are price gouging experts - they prey on people like my wife who are just simply trying to get a simple set of tasks done.

I called and asked then to re-consider given the price and the simplicity of the job and they declined.

They should change the name of the company to The Merchant of Venice.
