AAA+ operation!! Jon was a great point man for Gideon and Christian. These guys were early, professional and they knew their stuff. Had a few shut offs added and had an older ""2 handle"" shower setup that was leaking. GREAT JOB on the shut offs and they didn't leave here until we were all SATISFIED that they took care of the leak. Pretty reasonably priced and AWESOME WORKMANSHIP. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Jon the Plumber to anyone looking for an HONEST, RELIABLE Plumber!!!!

Cannot say enough good things! We had a leak in our living room ceiling and had a different company out twice and it was still not fixed. I called Jon the plumber based on the other positive reviews and they did not disappoint! Gideon showed up during the scheduled time and was able to fix our issue in under 2 hours and for a more than reasonable price. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs!

After dealing with a disreputable plumbing company that took advantage of an emergency situation and did work that was unnecessary, and, misdiagnosed the problem, called Jon at the recommendation of a friend. Jon came out and immediately knew what the issue was, showed us the issue on the camera and was extremely professional. His crew came a few days later and were very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Our issue was fixed with confidence in Jon and for less money. Highly recommend Jon the Plumber.

I can not say enough good things about our experience. The gentleman that came to give us a quote was so honest. He could have very easily charged us for something unnecessary. Instead, he told us what the problem was, a way he could take care of it, but also left us with the knowledge of what we could do ourselves. There was no charge for the estimate, it was fast and easy, and this company has earned my business for life.

Professional, punctual, friendly, honest, and skillful. There are not enough great things I can say about my experience using them. We needed to fix both of our bathrooms. Jon email me an estimate when he said he would and when he couldn't keep our scheduled appointment, because of an emergency, he emails me the day before to reschedule. We reschedule for 4 days later. I cannot tell you the times I've had electricians or contractors not show up or show up late without any notice.

He and his team showed up on time and even texted me to let me know they'll be arriving in 30 minutes (at the scheduled time). After Jon gave me a quote, Brian came to do the work. He was great at communicating and explaining any unexpected issue he encountered or could encounter. He uninstalled a toilet and sink, installed a new toilet and sink and fixed the toilet in the second bathroom all in one visit. I could not be happier with his work.

For any upcoming, plumbing related, work I will call Jon the Plumber. I 100% recommend them!

Second time I've used Jon the plumber. First experience was so great, I called him when I noticed that the clay pipe in my front yard (down to the sewer line) had broken. It wasn't critical, so we scheduled a time for them to come out. They ended up coming 2 days early when a spot freed up (a Saturday) - couldn't get the part til Monday, but were right back to finish the job on Monday. I emailed and asked them if the pipe could be lower to the ground and someone came out that day, cut it down. I can't say enough great things about this business. They have won a customer for life.

Indeed - As good as it gets! I called Jon for gas line installation in our recently purchased property. Jon was polite and professional and he assured that work would be done with the best quality. One thing which makes Jon apart from other is genuine feedback on what we need. He would not sell products or services which we don't need. As far as work is concerned, Tony came to our house and performed the job nicely, professionally and tmely. My quest for finding good plumbing company ends here. :) I would recommend Jon/Tony any time to any of my friends.
