These guys are legit. Every winter I have plumbing issues. Washing machine floods the basement, water backs up thru my bathtub, and my side yard floods with sewer water. He was at my house within 12 hours or so after I texted him my address. I had to leave for work just after they arrived, and by the time I got to work, they were already done. Water problems solved.

We've experienced slow drains in both of our bathrooms off and on for 5 years, experimenting with a variety of DIY remedies...we finally decided to engage a professional. I reached out to Jolly Rooter through Yelp, they scheduled a time to check things out within a couple of days. They gave us an appointment window, ended up calling us about 30 minutes before the appointment to tell us they were running ahead of schedule - which worked out perfectly for us. What I had fully expected to be some drainage concerns under the house, turned out to be old drains with years of hair build up that needed to be snaked... and a couple of really old toilets that were due for replacing. He gave us the option to purchase our own toilets from the retailer of our choosing or he could buy them for us - there was no pressure. We opted to do the shopping ourselves, and were provided the specifics as to which types of toilets they recommended and all the specifications that were necessary for our existing set-up. He also explained to make sure the box wasn't damaged and even to check the toilet to make sure it wasn't damaged - because that's their biggest issue with consumer purchased toilets - the boxes (and subsequently the toilets) are damaged prior to them ever having an opportunity to do the installation.

We purchased the toilets and a new bidet for the master bathroom and Jolly Rooter was able to install them the same week. In addition to normal flow drains, we have 2 new toilets installed for a very reasonable price (thank you stimulus dollars). The installation process was professional & clean. Jolly Rooter was easy to do business with and I will definitely call them back for future plumbing needs.

I was so impressed that Rich Jolly called me back in ten minutes and fit me into his schedule that very afternoon to clear the clog in my garbage disposal AND he also fixed the leak underneath the sink and gave the sink a free deep cleaning for no charge. The overall bill matched his quote. He was courteous and efficient and he is my go-to plumber from now on.

Their service was terrific. We agreed on a time for them to start work but to my surprise they came early and started working early (one gold star). The item to be installed was new and in the original box ""with all of the necessary parts."" But that statement by the mfg. was not correct. So they jumped in their vehicle and drove to a place to get the missing parts, and returned so quickly that I was surprised they got that done so fast (two gold stars). They answered all my questions about both the product to be installed and the installation, and without me asking explained what & why they were doing (3 gold stars). They were both friendly and as nice as they could be (4 gold stars). From what they said to me before, during and after the work, I could tell they had my concerns solid in their minds (5 gold stars). If I need any future plumbing done, I will call Jolly Rooter!

If you need a plumber call Jolly Rooter! Our very old water heater started leaking on a Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon it was replaced. Rich came out to look at it, declared it an emergency and rearranged his schedule! He explained everything that he was going to do and why it needed to be done.

We also had him install a new garbage disposal and clear a sluggish drain.
