Fast response time! Competitive pricing! Quality work! After trying 3 other plumbing companies without success (one had no idea what they were talking about, one couldn't schedule for several weeks, and one was a no-show), we found Rich on Yelp. What a stroke of luck that was for us! He responded to our request right away, and completed two jobs (replacing the pressure-reducing valve and water heater) within days. He and his co-worker were professional, courteous, and--most importantly--extremely knowledgeable. When they ran into our house-specific obstacles (because let's fact it, every place is different), they kept us informed and provided different avenues for us to choose from. We loved that communication and we continue to love the result of Jolly Rooter's work. Do NOT hesitate to call this awesome company.

Great service. I could not say one complaint. Rich got me in his schedule very quickly and was on time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel more knowledgeable about the plumbing in my house after he left. He listened to my concerns and helped answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond what was expected. Super service! Professional and HONEST!! I called at 1pm thinking I had to make an appointment for later in the week, but no! Rich (the owner/operator) came in about an hour and a half. With a household of 6 kids and 3 adults I could not be without all working toilets. Rich inspected both of my toilets to be repaired. Gave me advice and a quote for the downstairs one that was not flushing properly, but still working. It is old and needs to be replaced. I decided to wait on that one for now. The upstairs one was the real issue, it was leaking and non-operative. Turns out that my feeder line was older than dirt, plus it was all one piece (valve and line) and needed to be totally replaced. Rich quoted me a more than fair price and had the work done in about 30 minutes! Top notch work and very honest. No mess, no hassle, and very pleasant.If you want a reliable plumber look no further! He will get all of my business. He should get your too!

When I put out a request for service, Rich was the first to respond. We made an appointment & he kept communicating with me to reassure me that he was able to make it at the time we scheduled. He was professional, prompt and personable. He started his business just a few months ago & I'm glad he did. I had several leak issues with my kitchen sink and he fixed the one I'd already identified & found the 2nd leak (broken disposal) and replaced it right then. Price was resonable & he was friendly & clear about what he had to fix. As a female, I especially appreciated that he was not the typical condescending male plumber. He also came wearing gloves & a mask. Thanks Rich! I'll use you again & am very happy to recommend you to my friends.

Mailed Rich at 7:30 pm Sunday with an apparent clogged pipe or bad valve. Rich made a couple of suggestions of things I should do to determine the nature of the problem before a house call. Performed these and determined that the problem was with an auxiliary connection that I had taken for granted as simpler than it is. As is stated he responded very quickly. Thanks Rich.

Found Jolly Rooter on yelp because of their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Rich came out on Saturday morning to check a potential water leak. He was courteous, friendly, and honest. His price is very reasonable considering he came out on a Saturday. We actually called him again a second time for a different issue. Definitely recommend him to friends.

Started the day off with water coming from the drain and knew I had to get someone out ASAP.

Rich responded to my request immediately and showed up right on time. though the time he was here we got to briefly hang, and he's an absolutely awesome guy. After the rooter job was done I had him look at some other concerns I had. He described what I needed to do, showed me pictures, and even provided me with some extra parts to get it done. Sometimes calling a new contractor can be tough (and a gamble), but this time we hit the lottery.

I can tell you that my experience with Rich was perfectly in sync with his about page. No BS, this is really how he operates. He came out to check out the problem, was straight with me about the fact that someone had completely done a botch job on the entire kitchen plumbing assembly.

I even tried to get him to do a patch job on it to save my landlord some money, but he would not have it. We made an appointment for him to come back and do what amounted to a pretty major project.

He showed up on time, stuck to his original estimate even though I know it was more of a shit show that he originally thought where he had to rip out and re-pipe the entire thing, and was a top notch pro about it throughout.

If you are thinking about calling someone else, forget about it. If you can't get him, it is because he is super busy due to being super good. Reviews are 100% on target.

My water heater went out, no hot water at all needed some professional help ASAP ! Called 3 or 4 other businesses and although their web site say open 24 hours JOLLY ROOTER was the only business that answered and was here with in 20 min ! Great service and excellent work! Highly recommended and will definitely call him from now on !!!
