Jolly Plumbing has been out to our home a couple of times, always willing to do the right thing and make it right. And they take their time to ensure that the job is done correct. Chester and all the staff explain what needs to be done and made sure that I understood what was going on.

Spending money on 2 new hot water heaters was not my ideal situation however it had to be done and Jolly Plumbing was great! Chester answered all of my questions and went over my options. We gathered 3 bids for the replacement and ultimately chose Jolly due to competitive pricing and great front-end customer service. The Jolly Plumbing front office manager, Erin, took our call late in the evening and she sent out Chester, the owner, to help us with a broken irrigation line. Arriving within an hour, Chester fixed our busted line restoring water to the home by midnight or so. Before leaving, he scheduled on the spot to come out by the end of the weekend to perform a complete replacement. The one installed was not done proper by the previous owner and it was the second time it had broken. The price could not be beat and Chester an Erin's response time and follow through with our questions and concerns had been stellar. The work that involved the inspection with the city was slightly delayed, no fault on the side of Jolly Plumbing. We could not be more pleased with them. Thank you!

Great and honest company! Chester came out at the end of the day, as I was a last minute call. We had a leak and it could've been a lot worse. Very fair pricing, fixed the problem and I will definitely call him for other projects! Highly recommend!

Sent over a plumber to install a water heater. He talked my 80 year old mom into an expensive piece of gear that was improperly installed and didn't work, then we found out he had been moonlighting after the initial visit. Chester tried to charge us to fix the problem, THEN had the audacity to tell me my mom knew the installer was moonlighting. Yeah, called my mom a liar. Classy.

I cannot say enough about Jolly Plumbing. Chester, Hunter, Erin and the rest of the staff are top notch. After having two consecutive plumbers no-show me during major plumbing back up attempting to destroy my downstairs, Chester Jolly came to the rescue. I spoke with him at 6:15 on Monday evening (Feb. 19) and by 6:40 he was at my home and began working. He brought in Hunter later to help him in the rain, as well. They diagnosed the problem under my house and in our downstairs restroom. While it has not been the easiest thing to have fixed, thanks to weather - it has rained everyday since this happened - Jolly Plumbing has been amazing. I will never use another plumber while living in this area. They have a 100% customer for life and referrer, and I appreciate what they've done to get our home back in order after this plumbing disaster. Thank you!

Called last week for their services, never heard from them so we called and cancelled - going to work on it ourselves. Next thing we know, the guy is at our front door. Now this week, another issue, so we tried again. This time he showed up. I wish he wouldn't have. 1 hour service for $475.00!!!! All that was done was removing a rusted on seal ring. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! He laughed when my husband mentioned "being bent over". Not only am I going to report him to the BBB, but am talking with my employer, a Lawyer, on further action. Wonder if he'll think that's funny? Stop taking advantage of people.
