I wish I could give zero star for them. I had the technician to visit my house and gave me a quote. He is professional in terms of figuring out the cause of my problem. However, he left his plumber wrench beside my bathtub and the wrench poked directly to the floor with two of its sharp ends, leaving a hole in my floor.
After that the boss sent someone else to look at the issue for me, but they come to the conclusion that it is due to my flooring's getting rotted. It is really unacceptable that they turned the issue from their fault(their careless maneuver of the wrench) to my fault(corroded flooring). Even if the floor may be rotted as they said, but other areas of the flooring in the bathroom have not been broken.
Therefore, if you still want to hire them, pay attention to everything in your house, they won't be responsible for that and will find reasons to make it as your cause.
Jason L.Had Jolly come out for an estimate for sewer backup near the street on a Thursday. Eric came out and said his camera wasn't long enough to put in our line and said he would contact the city and have them check their line from other side of the street. Didn't hear back from them so I called them on Monday and left message. Eric finally called back and said estimate was $4800 (he still had no clue where problem was because they never put a camera down there). Contacted another company (Morgan's) who came out on Tuesday and he did his work properly and discovered that the busted pipe was actually caused by our neighbors sewer line that connected to ours. He spoke to the neighbors and showed them what he found via camera and the neighbors agreed to pay for it. Had we used Jolly they would have dug down not fully knowing what the problem was and charged us for something that wasn't even our sewer line. This company did absolutely no work. The original guy who came out was extremely lazy for not doing what his job is. How he's even employed is beyond rational thinking. Due to his lack of work and laziness we'd be out almost $5000. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOLLY'S.
Jackie F.Don't use them. I called them about a sewer problem and the tech said he would talk to SD1 and then I never heard back from Jolly. I had to call SD1 myself after a day of no phone call back then took SD1 2 more days to come out. Then the SD1 called and said it was my problem and would call Jolly. Never heard a word from Jolly that Friday. By Monday I called Jolly and they said the tech did a estimate. The estimate was for $4800. I told them I was having other ppl come out to give me an estimate. I called Morgans plumbing (excellent by the way) and he found out it wasn't even my sewer line. It was my neighbors after putting a camera down the drain. Which Jolly never did and if they would have it wouldn't had taken a week to figure it out and to give me an estimate without even knowing what the issue was plus no phone calls back ever. Will never use them again. Poor service.
Jess J.We hired Jolly Plumbing on 2 occasions within a month. The first time went great. (We thought) The owner Brady Jolly even showed up with a breakfast order that had been accidentally texted to him and not my brother. Our cistern pump which had a brand new motor then burned out within a few weeks. The issue the first time was ""it just needed to be primed"". Priming is essentially pouring water into the pump until it builds pressure and all air bubbles are gone. $265. Fine. So, we call Jolly for a new estimate on installing a new pump. $1400. They tell us that if we purchase our own pump the cost will drop $600 ish dollars. I went to tractor supply and bought their top of the line $300 cast iron pump. Installed it myself. Couldn't get it to build enough pressure after running it for maybe a total of 20 min with water on, never got hot etc. Turn off pump at breaker, unplugged...call jolly. One technician was supposed to show up. Three did. One of which was so rude that I had to walk away and send my wife downstairs. I later find out that this man isn't even currently employed with Jolly. So, the actual Jolly technician says all I needed was to flip the switch to 115 from 230, and I ""installed the pump PERFECTLY"". $125 for 10 min, but oh well we had water!!! 2 hours pass and water goes out. Pump burned out. Brand new $300 pump. Call Jolly, technician says our pump was ""on its last leg"" Ummm...it was new out of box and don't you think that would be something you may mention to me as I'm signing a days worth of pay over to you? He also stated that the pump was running when he arrived. LIE. My wife had to show him where the breaker was and everything. Zero integrity. Lying for no reason. No water. Children in house. No money left to fix this. Jolly representative Randy even laughed on the phone when we called. No refund of any kind. Nothing is funny about this. Thanks
Jolly. You're great. Jk

Kris G.Silly me, turned off our heat before we left for vacation. Came home last night to frozen pipes! We have been a previous customer of Jolly's and have been happy with their work. Called early this morning, they arrived 2 hours later and promptly fixed our pipes! Lucky we were able to shut off our water main in time to prevent flooding. Their prices are very reasonable and quality of work and service outstanding. They fixed the leak and went through each faucet/water line in both rooms to ensure everything was defrosted and repaired. So thankful!
We recently discovered that our master bathroom shower had a leak under the shower pan and had been going on for a long, long time. We decided to use our homeowner insurance to have it repaired. The damage was so extensive that it would require mold abatement, reconstruction, dry wall, tile, carpeting, the works. A friend recommended Jolly to us and what an excellent recommendation it turned out to be. They took care of everything--including coordinating with our insurance adjustor (they even used the same computer program to calculate the cost of damages). Thanks to Jolly, we did not have to work with multiple contractors, they handled all the work. And the work was excellent as well. We would highly recommend them for any restoration project.
Called at7:55 am the morning of 11/13/17 to make an appointment to have main drain cleaned out. Talked with Scott and told him that it's wasn't that long ago that I had there company here to have same problem repaired. He said that there wasn't any guarantee to service because it was caused by tree roots. He set me an appointment up for between 2-4 that afternoon. At 3:45 I called to see if I was still on schedule and the lady I talked to said that it showed my appointment had been completed that she would check service representative and call me back. After 30 minutes passed I called them back and talked to a different representative and he said something get messed up and he would get a service tech here in about an hour. Very poor service.
Mardi F.I tried Jolly for the first time about 2 months ago to put in a sink and repair a leaky bathtub faucet. They left pipes all around and were dirty. They didn't caulk the sink to the wall properly and it started separating immediately. The part of the sink that plugs the sink wasn't installed properly and so I have to manually go under the sink to use it (I tried to fix it, but I'm not a plumber). And, the faucet for the tub they ""fixed"" is now leaking badly again. I wasn't impressed.
