Had water treatment system looked at since water left lime rings and extensive iron. Jolly plumbing installed system 2 yrs ago. Worker changed system timing from every 9 days to 5 days which took half hour. Received bill for $420. Was charged for 3 hrs at $140 per hr for worker to drive to Parker and back To Colorado Springs. The call was not an urgent call, they scheduled this 5 days after I called for service. Extremely Unbelievable on cost.

Adam and associate installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. The job was done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. These guys are professional. We are very happy with the results.

Installed water heater in my home. Very professional service. Installation tech was super polite and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. They were able to schedule very quickly when other companies were not. The new water heater is amazing! Definitely would recommend.

Not happy with the service they provided. I called them, the problem had rectified itself by the time they were able to arrive. Tech let me know that he wouldn't charge me as he hadn't had to do anything. Got for invoice anyway. I don't like working with tradespeople who don't do what they say they will.

I am having a shower reconfigured by Man Stone (GREAT company) and they contacted Jolly plumbing to re-do the piping and while they were here I had them replace an existing toilet. The young plumber called prior to arriving and he was right on time for his appointment. He got right to work on the toilet I had purchased and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. He made sure there were no leaks and after cleaning his work area he began working on the shower portion of the job. It required reconfiguring several pipes and some wood sawing to make room for the new pipes. He ensured that all piping was sealed properly and tested the new lines. He then thoroughly cleaned his work area and removed all debris from his work area. This young man was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He did outstanding work and I will not hesitate to call Jolly Plumbing the next time I have any plumbing needs. Also, I was very surprised at how inexpensive the work was. This is a good company that you can have faith in to take care of your every plumbing need. Thanks Jolly!!

Jolly was recommended to me by someone that had worked for them years ago. He told me they are an honest company. The plumber came out and gave me a quote for a new water heater and a tank booster. My wife asked again about the price and the plumber repeated the quote to us again. We contacted Jolly to let them know we would talk about it and we would let them know. My wife and I called around to see if anyone could beat the price Jolly Plumbing quoted us. Colorado Springs plumbing came in six dollars cheaper. Everyone else was much more expensive. We decided to go with Jolly Plumbingn which again was highly recommended. That same day I called Jolly to give them the go ahead and asked again ""the quoted price covers everything the plumber quoted us on and they will also take our old tank, correct?"" Jolly Plumbing stated, ""Yes."" I asked if I could keep all the copper off of my old tank. Jolly said I could have what ever I wanted. (I had just replaced the nipples, the intake and outtake copper lines.) A different plumber shows up to install the new tank. As they carried out the old tank they broke two of our picture frames. They told my wife and said Jolly would replace the broken pictures. The install was done by the time I got home and all plumbers were gone. I go and inspect the new water heater. They never put on the tank booster and didn't leave me my cooper pipes I had just put on trying to fix the water heater. I called Jolly and they told me sorry for not putting on the booster and someone would give me a call back and schedule a time for them to come back free of charge to install the booster that they forgot to install. The next day I called Jolly and they told me sorry the plumber didn't read the notes and they would be out the following day from 2 to 4 and they would install the booster. That day came. The plumber was a half hour early and told my wife we would have to pay them an additional $250! My wife called me and I spoke to the plumber and he told me the same. He said it costs them $200 for the part. At this point I am livid. I called Jolly Plumbing and they stated the same thing. So I called one of the owners. I apologized for any miscommunication and if I had spoken poorly to any of his employees. He then says I got a killer deal because it would normally cost me $800 for that booster. This can't be true because two of his employees told my wife and I the cost of the booster to them is $200, and I paid them $250. What about my two broken picture frames and my copper pipe that you told me I could keep? In no way will I use Jolly Plumbing in the future. Honesty should always be any companies mission and Jolly Plumbing was not honest with us at all. They lack honesty and integrity and do to this I will make it a point to let everyone I know or talk to that Jolly Plumbing is a dishonest company and to never do business with them. Jolly Plumbing is a joke.

I had a seal replaced on our water meter and was charged $275. The technician was here for 10 minutes. He literally unscrewed the seal, and screwed one back on. The receipt I received showed only the $275 charge, for 1.5 hours of labor. No other breakdown provided. My husband called for a break down and was told the part was $150, labor is $90/hour, and drive time was the other $35. The drive time, the technician was 10 minutes from my house when he called. I feel this was an over charge for the 10 minute job that was done. I will not refer or use Jolly Plumbing again. BTW - we were repeat clients.

They responded to an online quote the day I requested one. I set up an appt and the plumber came out in the times given. Jolly Plumbing repaired our two exterior faucets. The price for labor and parts were fair. I would recommend Jolly Plumbing.

The plumber arrived at my home an hour late and didn't even apologize. They needed to fix a leaking valve next to a water meter which they ended up damaging the pipe. The plumber tried to bill me for the repair of the pipe he broke. I paid for the valve repair but will never use them again.
