They will leave your bathroom covered in feces.

This place is without a doubt, the WORST service I have ever experienced.

A few days ago I was experiencing some problems with my plumbing. So we called Jolly Jiant. Their representative was extremely rude, sarcastic, and blatantly unprofessional. He attempted to solve the problem through the toilet (which wasn't even the reason for our calling), and proceeded to make a hellacious mess, splattering feces all over my bathroom floor and even so far as getting it UP THE WALL.

He then looked me in the face, and the only words out of his mouth were

""You're going to have to go get some old towels to clean this up with.""

And then he left. Tracking feces through my bathroom, across my carpet, and out my door, leaving the entirety of the mess for me to clean up.

My house was left in absolute filth. I called because the washer draining was backing up into the sink. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced.
