Not sure why they have bad ratings. I actually had a very pleasant experience with this plumbing company. Called them and within two hours Anthony Myers showed up, found our leak, and fixed it within an hour!! Could not be more satisfied! Thank you again Anthony and Joiner Plumbing Services!

I called with a list of 6 plumbing issues and was given an """"appointment """" for 2 workdays later at 9 am. at 9:10 that day I was told they were at their first stop, I'd be next. Two HOURS later, mind you I'm missing work waiting on them, I was told 2 people are out with Covid, I can move you up to next on the list? what happened to a 9 am appointment? why was I told after whoever was out working had me """"next"""" on the list, was I no longer next at 11:15? I can't rate their work because they don't show up! I would never recommend a company that doesn't have enough respect for a prospective client to be honest enough to say - we show up when we feel like it, nor would I recommend a company with such an unprofessional attitude.

Do not waste your precious time with calling this establishment for your plumbing needs. They are not reliable, will tell you they will do the job and never show up. After being told 3 times they were coming they never called to tell us they could not make it. We waited on them until 7:30 pm before we gave up. Over promise and under deliver is no way to run a service business.

Could never get them here to perform the service. Called on a Friday afternoon and was told someone would be out later. No call or show. Called back first thing Monday morning and was told someone would be out at some point. Called back 5 hours later to ask when that time would be, and they said a serviceman was nearby, and I would hear from them shortly. 3.5 hours later at the end of the work day - no call, no show. Just use another company.

Called at 2pm with plumbing emergency, was told they would have someone out as soon as possible. Called back at 5 and was told that someone was still coming out. Called at 8, got voicemail and left message. Received call back and was told they would not be coming until in the morning. Told Chris I would have appreciated be told that earlier so I could find someone else since I had to turn water off completely. Apparently, secretary told him I was going to try and find another service, which I did not say. Told Chris I would find another service and he started yelling and told me not to call back if I could not find anyone else.

I called to schedule for someone to come out and was told it would be later in the day , which was fine. Then I called back in the afternoon and was told again they would be there. No one should up or even had the courtesy to call. I understand unexpected things happen,. Ut a phone call would have been nice!

I called on Sunday for my hot water heater not working. The first guy came out Monday and said he didn't know what to do but would send his boss. I never heard back so I called again Thursday. A different guy showed up Friday and said he also didn't know what to do. We were then billed $220 and if that wasn't enough they added $8 more for using a credit card. So after a week without hot water we're out $228 and back where we started.

Awesome service from John Castleberry with Joiner Plumbing! It was a rainy Saturday and we had no water! He came out quickly and did a wonderful job! Would definitely recommend them!
