I must say this; DAVE at Johnsson's Plumbing is DA BOMB! He and his staff are seriously incredible. Dave came in like a real life super hero, no joke! Not only did he fix 3 (three) leaks in our house... he did it in such an amazing short period of time, saved us stress and extra costs... so efficient and better than anyone we've ever encountered. His professionalism, care, super great personality and diligence is unmatched in our book.

I was surprised to see only a handful of reviews for this company. I have been using JohnsSons Plumbing in Monrovia since we moved into Monrovia over 23 years ago. I don't go to anyone else! Great work at a fair price. Once the work is scheduled they arrive on time and complete the work. The staff is always friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this company.

I still think the plumbers are great. Chris is my favorite since he's so cheerful and has such a good attitude. They're all very professional and skilled. I'm with Erin (review below) on the customer service though. Used to be excellent, but now not so much.

Plumbers are always an unknown when it comes to quality of work. Based on a recommendation we hired Dave to route lines for a new laundry. His crew arrived on time and finished early, exceeding our expectations. First rate work.

Just had another fantastic experience with this company. After my last experience I was in no way hesitant to call again. David got back to me quickly, and let me know someone could be there by 3, this was at noon. Coco and Mike came by this time, and 30 minutes early. Coco was especially cordial, Mike was a little quiet but very courteous. They put booties on their shoes before entering my home, and again, cleaned up to better than before, when finished. Can't recomend them higher!

We've used them in our home several times, and feel like they are OK. We will probably try someone else next time, but they're also not the worst we've experienced.
Pros:
- Generally, they show up on time, and the plumbers are courteous and thorough.
- They are a knowledgeable company, and seem to have a wide variety of people to deal with various issues.
- The work they have done for us has seemed good. We have never had a repeat of an issue they came out to fix.

Cons:
- They are pretty expensive. For a quick, simple problem, I would not recommend them, as they charge quite a bit.
- Communication and customer service is lacking a bit. We recently rented out our house, and sent them out for an issue the tenant found. Not only did they not call me to tell me if/how the issue was resolved, but they scheduled a second appointment with the tenant without informing me! When I called and asked to be contacted and informed of the outcome and/or future appointments, the woman in the office rudely said, ""well, you did send us out there!!"" Definitely not the right company to work with if you are a landlord who wants to be kept in the loop about the bills you are paying.
