Yup, I needed a plumber again and so I decided to call Elton and have come in and do the work I hate doing. I noticed some of the shut off valves under the sinks and for the toilets getting old and starting to drip a little. Also the ones outside were bad as well. Called Elton and set up an appt for 1000am...he was there just before 1000am... It is so hard to find a guy who is on time... Well Elton went to work and all the work was done fast and was clean. The other cool thing about Elton is he always looks professional and acts professional. He even went the extra mile and looked ofer a few other things in my house just to make sure all is good... Way cool guy...Take the time to support the ""little guy"" Call Johnson's Plumbing!!!

We are very happy that we called Johnson's Plumbing for the work in our kitchen and bathroom. We followed the recommendation of our home inspector, Bryan Neff, and he was absolutely right that Elton was the best plumber we could find. Elton came out to give us a free estimate and his quote was not only reasonable but he didn't go over it. The major job was installing a new kitchen sink, re-routing the mess underneath and putting in a new faucet. The new sink was too big for our counter, so I had to quickly call in a handyman to cut the sink. Elton made time in his schedule to come back later that day and finish the work, even though it went well into the evening. A few days later there was a small thing that needed to be tweaked and he stopped by the same day I called him and fixed it for free. We highly recommend Elton. He is honest, professional and a great plumber. We will absolutely use him again.

Called, left a message never got a call back. A few weeks later, I called again, made an appointment. He didn't show up. I called back to give him a third chance, he showed up but wasn't very service-oriented. Really a disappointment because a year ago he did some work for us and was great.

Elton seems like a good guy and a very good plumber. I had him rip out an old bathtub, fix a leaky, rusty drain below the tub and install an new one. Most of the time he came with another guy. Most of the time, the other guy did the work. Although they tried to not make a mess, a mess was made. Then, in the middle of the job, with everything torn apart, after he asked for partial payment, he disappeared for two days so he could work on another job. I was left at home, taking time off my job, waiting for him to return to finish his job. When he finally came back, he (and his associate) finished up the job nicely though they did make plenty holes in the bathroom walls. If you hire him, take away his keys to his truck so he can't leave you in the lurch while he works on another job.

During an emergency bathroom renovation, some issues came up with plumbing that needed a plumber three years ago (literally; leaking water had caused serious wood rot). I found Elton online, and gave him a call. First thing he did was have me walk him through the problem over the phone, and he then proceeded to explain what he was planning to do. He even requested me to send him pictures so he could get prepped for the job before he got here! So much better of an experience than other places I've dealt with. He came down promptly, and was professional. Explained to us what he was doing, and how we would put it back together, and even lent us his drywall saw to help with our floor installation. In short, if you need a plumber, call this guy. He's good, honest, and quick. If I ever have another plumbing issue (hopefully not, but you never know), I'll definitely be calling Elton!

We used Johnson's Plumbing of Kailua for a recent remodel of our master bath. Elton was professional, pleasant to work with, and came when he said he would. By anticipating issues we hadn't foreseen he improved our end result. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely contact Johnson's Plumbing again for any future projects or repairs.

Once again it's Elton of Johnson's Plumbing to the rescue! The water connection to our refrigerator sprung a leak AGAIN!!!! Our advice, buy the refrigerator from sears BUT have any plumbing connection issues handled by Elton because unfortunately whoever sears contracts their plumbing services with has been a terrible experience for us, and sears charges are outrageous. When we called, Elton was finishing up another project and gave us an ETA. Great communication! After he made the repair he examined our plumbing under the sink and pointed out some issues that would become problems for us in the future. He indicated that the fixes would be simple and would be great preventative measures so we scheduled him to come back next week. We really appreciate Elton for his straightforwardness, candor and professionalism. His work is impeccable and his prices are very reasonable. Elton is definitely our go to guy!
