Johnsons picked up on short notice and completed a rush job. Another local plumber tried to gouge us and they saved us $2000. Nice courtious and really precise and meticulous. Steve was as nice as anyone could be.
And the savings were great.

Been using them for decades since we have owned our home in 1980. Recent trips include Steve unclogging a drain that had our bathtub full of water Dec. 2015.

Feb. 2016 water in basement led to a cracked soil pipe within the walls. Called after hours for that and Steve showed up promptly. Being winter, Steve fixed us up with temp fix until a contractor(Sutton Construction) and Johnson's could do a major fix by cutting away part of back porch to gain access in June 2016.

Steve found when starting on fixing soil pipe, all pipes and drains in bathroom were shot and ready to break. Steve did an awesome job replacing all of bathroom pipes and drains plus new supply lines basement on up. Hooked up new toilet and tub/shower that Sutton Construction installed(see their great review). Steve even had to come back a few weeks later and replace kitchen drains and garbage disposal. Steve was very detailed and cleaned up.
Worth every penny for great work!

The plumber that arrived was personable and professional, but, he did not have the part needed to fix our leak. He left our house to go to a hardware store. he was gone for an hour. Leaks were fixed. We asked for the bill so we could pay and he indicated it would be mailed to us. OMG.....NOW I KNOW WHY....VERY EXPENSIVE PLUMBING SERVICE. He was only actually in our house for 45 mins. I think if we had seen the bill we could have debated the cost with him, it was really too high. I think we got charged for his time when he had to run to the hardware store too, which is not our fault...hhhhhmmmm.
