Rick was referred to me by another plumber who was booked and unable to come out for over a week. When I called Rick, he picked up the phone immediately. Told him the problem and said he could be out later in the day. He was prompt and called me when he was about 20 minutes away. He looked at the problem with my slowly draining kitchen sink which was also backing up when in use. Wouldn't you know it, the sink started to drain with no issues. Mind you, this drainage issue was happening over 5 days. Now, no problem... Rick said there was nothing wrong and tested the drainage several ways. He's so honest, he said I could clean out the drain plug from outside the house but there's no need. Okay, the kitchen sink drain fixed itself with my home interventions. Rick recommended household interventions to keep the drain clean as well as the ones I tried. He wasn't going to charge me for coming out and evaluating the problem. What?? No way, never heard of a home call without some kind of service fee. I gave him a big tip and thanked him and his son. Where in the world during these times does a service person not charge a fee for just coming out?? My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism, honestly and friendliness we are going to highly recommend him to family and friends. He's the man to call!!!

Just finished showering and after closing the water handle the water kept coming out. After battling the water and the tub from over flowing for over 30 minutes. I called Johnson's Plumbing and he help me over the phone to control water pressure till he showed up. He took care of the shower and he changed my shutoff valve from underground to above ground.

Any plumbing needs he is your man. Very honest, friendly and very informative. He even showed me little plumbing hacks I can take care of on my own.

I had a blockage in my kitchen drain. Another local plumber who we have worked with several times heartily recommended Rick to do the next step of sending a camera down the pipe. Rick was super courteous over text to set up a day. He arrived ten minutes before our appointment! Best part is he drained and snaked the ptrap first and successfully cleared the block!!
