Called my regular plumber about a late night backup of the entire house. Without hesitation he gave me Rick's number at Johnson's Plumbing. Rick and his crew arrived exactly as promised. He took the time to determine the best and most effective approach to clearing our sewer line, something that a previous plumber failed to do.

My Rheem water heater broke down this week and I started calling places in a panic. The night prior to me calling Rick, I had spoken with a big corporate-y plumber who told me that he could repair my water heater for $400 but that it would be in my best interests to install a new water heater for $1300. Something didn't smell right about that, so I called around a bit more. Johnson's Plumbing came highly recommended from another plumber who was fully booked.
Rick, the main guy, was able to repair my water heater later the same day I called him. He was very responsive, texted when he was on his way, and arrived on time. Rick steered me away from the more expensive option (replacing the water heater), and instead repaired it for less than half the price I was quoted by the corporate plumber. Rick brought his son, who works with him, and they did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, quick, and most importantly: (1) skilled, and (2) honest. I feel like there are so many scam plumbers out there (especially the big corporate plumbers), so meeting Rick and his son was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to call Johnson's Plumbing for all my plumbing issues. Support talented local family-owned businesses!

I was originally referred to Rick by another Plumber that was unavailable. Rick was super accommodating and very professional. I have since had to call him a 2nd time to snake our kitchen sink and he was just as nice and professional. He really does start to feel like part of the family. He is super friendly and takes great pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Johnson Plumbing, and Rick in particular, Was absolutely amazing to work with on our home remodel. He fit our project in at the last minute and we are so glad that he did. Rick answered his phone and after discussing the problem made time to come by around 6 PM after his last appointment for a simple drain issue. People interested in helping people. Called Johnson's from a referral by another plumber. Rick fit me in between 2 other appointments. He arrived when he estimated. He found the problem quickly and showed me the part that needed replacing. Rick suggested I contact the manufacturer because of the warranty and showed me how to install the replacement myself.
