Unfortunately had to have them out twice (not for the same or even related things) They had us scheduled with in 24 hours of the first call. They came out, quoted us and got the work started very quickly. Did a great job replacing out sewer line. (I assume they did. I'm not a plumber and it doesn't back up or gurgle anymore) The second time was an emergency call because a pipe busted. They were our with in 20 minutes of the call. Outstanding, professional guys. Very respectful of my home and every brought treats for the dog

This is the plumbing company you want to hire! They recently came out and fixed a broken pipe in my wall. They are easy to get in touch with, easy to get an appointment with, costs are competitive, and they call and show up when they say they will. They clean up after themselves, and respect your home while they're working. This is the type of company that you can build a loyal relationship with. They're not just out to make a quick buck. You can absolutely trust them. They truly do care about their customer's needs. Their motto is ""Our customers become family,"" and their professionalism, friendliness, and strong work ethics prove it. I love this company! I highly recommend them, and they're the only plumbers I'm calling for my plumbing needs!

Save yourself some grief and go with someone else. My brother and I have a rental property business and have used Johnson Family Plumbing on several jobs in the past for both business and personal. Like typical contractors, their communication is poor, they over-promise, and their prices are high. Due to lack of choices in our area we felt forced to use them, but never again after our latest experience. Last week we called for service of a gas leak. I would consider this semi-urgent but they couldn't get to us for five days. We scheduled the appointment, got three electronic reminders from them and we confirmed. We showed up, sat in our cars for 2 hours waiting on them and they never came. When I called to get an ETA I was told they had called to tell us they would be delayed but that no one answered and there was no voicemail. This is not true. I do see where they called from a different number but our voicemail is working fine. Plus they could have sent a text or an email or tried calling again. When they called back after I called, they said the tech was finishing a job in Indy and when their done they will be over to our place in Anderson. After all of this we didn't want to wait another hour or two so we decided to use someone else. I recommend you do the same.
