My experience with Kent was excellent on every possible level: he was punctual, professional, and helpful. I've had two different local sewer specialist. Come to my home to resolve an ongoing problem with my basement drain. After listening to the description of the problem, Kent asked a couple of questions to clarify the issue. He then explained how the system works, and what the problem is. He described possible solutions that (unfortunately) did not include anything he could do, because I would've hired him on the spot). He referred me to another professional in the area to discuss one of the solutions that he proposed. In addition to being an extremely knowledgeable professional Kent is a good person. I strongly recommend him!
