I had a clogged drain and a broken garbage disposal. I called around 8:45 a.m. and there was someone at my door to fix it by 10:30 a.m. They gave me a quick fix and even gave me a tool to help fix if the problem reoccurs. Rates are good and service is fantastic.

Johnson has been to my house this year. In January they had to.install a new water line from the meter to house. But they went above and beyond to install a shutoff valve just inside the crawl space door. Last week they installed a sump pump behind my house to prevent flooding - and it's already been used! Highly recommend to anyone needing help with plumbing.

I was experiencing block pipes...they came out, put a snake down my sink drain and said their was not any blockage...two days later continued blockage, I called again...this employee said I need plumbing underneath kitchen sink replaced and an air vent. I said I already have an air vent and he totally ignored me. Charged me for a small valve under the sink and left...Pipes still blocked and I have already paid them for work they did not accomplish. I would not reccommend this company to anyone having plumbing problems. And, they are way overpriced!

I accidentally flushed a plastic item down my toilet and had visions of a high bill since it was also a Saturday. Luckily, the gentleman was able to snake it loose and then flush it out. He was very nice and professional and took the time to explain what had happened and how he was going to fix it. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with his work. We have used Johnson Plumbing several times and have never been unhappy with their work!

Johnson Plumbing is overpriced. I called them, told them what needed to be fixed and was quoted a price range for the worst case scenario. The repair guy showed up, had very little work to do, and quoted me almost twice what they had quoted me originally. I had to have the work done that day, so I paid, but I will never use them again. They are very polite on the phone, but one has to be polite when lieing about the price of services. Get quotes from someone else. They will try to overcharge you.

My disposal was leaking so I called these guys up based on good google reviews. I wasn't home at the time he looked at it, so talked to the plumber on the phone and he told me it was broken, but that he had a insinkerator badger 5 in his truck, which was the best on the market and could be installed for $275. I trusted him and said go ahead. I then looked up the Insinkerator Badger 5 online and not only did I find it for $73-$100, this particular model is the next-to-most basic that Insinkerator produces and gets mediocre reviews everywhere. It was too late to cancel my order so I called Johnson and asked how they got off calling this ""the best on the market"" and charging what amounts to $175 for a markup and hour of labor, and he told me that no, insinkerator was the best BRAND on the market, and that they were not referring to this particular model. Also he would not give me a breakdown of the $275, and started telling me how they had to charge a lot because people mistreat their disposals, putting all kinds of junk down there, and then want replacements under warranty- which had nothing to do with my situation, it was just weird. I like doing business with local companies and understand that there a markup over Amazon or Lowes inherent in that, but I did not expect to get gouged so readily, and the service on the phone was really disappointing. I had given them the go ahead without doing my research, so I'm just eating the extra money as a 'lesson learned', but I will not be doing business with them again and would warn others against doing so.
