My Mother's hot water heater needed to be replaced, and i felt the price given by Scott was very High. After adding in service call charge from Johnson Plumbing we were able to get the work done by another plumber for nearly half the price quoted by Johnson Plumbing.
Kim K.Johnson plumbing really came through! I needed a replacement part installed on my hot water heater. Scott arrived the same day the part came in and had it working in less than two hours. Thank goodness for his quick service- we had hot water again on a cold December day!
This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! The owner of the company came to fix my drain pipe to the toilet. Before he came I let him know that we were previously using the toilet so there will be feces underneath. He shows up in jeans and tennis shoes and asks me if I have a tarp because he's not just going to go under there with nothing. (What kind of plumber shows up so unprepared?). I have a home warranty company that covers the work and he called them and lied about what was going on so that they would deny the claim. He didn't even go under to look at the pipes but had a whole story to tell them about it (which was all false). He then tells me I have to pay him the $45 deductible! I couldn't believe it. Obviously I refused to pay it since he did absolutely nothing. I also asked how much it would cost just for him to go under and reattach the pipe without going through the warranty company and he said $200 (just to reattach a pipe!!!!). This same guy did work for my brother. He unwrapped the pipes to fix them and left the job without re wrapping the pipes. Luckily my brother caught his mistake before it got too cold because the pipes would have froze!
