If I could give a zero I would. BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. I called regarding a main line cleaning I was quoted $135 an hour on the phone so I scheduled the appointment and even took off work to be there. The technician/plumber called the day of the appointment and stated that he was on his way to my home, he then proceeded to ask me did they tell you how much it would be? I stated that I was told $135 an hour. His next response was it is $135 an hour PLUS $35 cable fee and they charge for travel time also. I told him I was not informed about any of the extras he just quoted, He stated that my home was 40 minutes away and it would be an hour and half travel time he stated that it would be $240 to START. I told him to stay where he was at. How does $135 an hour turn into $240 to start? Do not bother calling them unless you want to be ripped off! I called the office and spoke with Vivian Johnson she stated that there is a $35 cable fee but they do not charge for travel time. Someone is not telling the truth. Vivian stated that she would call the driver and call me right back that was around 9 AM Friday July 22 and I have not received a call yet. Poor customer service to say the least.

I called a couple of plumbing companies and this one stood out. Jo Ann, who I initially spoke with, was very professional and called me back when she said she would to give me a price. I had an older toilet replaced with a Toto toilet. James, the plumber that came to my home to do the install, was friendly and professional. It was an easy experience and I will definitely use Johnson Plumbing in the future. I called the office on Center Street in Collierville.

I am new to the area was happy to find a great plumbing company. They advertise on the carts at Kroger so I thought I should give them a try. So glad I did!
