Great service, reasonable, and professional. Many of the service reps. have been with the company for a long time and they are knowledgeable and trouble shoot quickly and don't waste your money. They arrive quickly and are so polite and friendly.
This has been my go to company for many years whenever I have had a plumbing issue. Highly recommend!

I had a backlog issue that wasn't an emergency. I called on a Sunday just to make an appointment the following week so I could get on the schedule early since I was leaving town on Tuesday.
On Sunday, I got Johnson Plumbing's answering service which were very polite and said that they would forward my request for an appointment.
On Monday morning I got a call from Johnson Plumbing and they sent a technician within 45 minutes.
The technician, Isaiah was diligent and took care of the issue with complete professionalism.
Johnson Plumbing gets 5 stars all day long from me.

Had to do a weekend emergency call for backed up plumbing. Was able to get everything sorted within 2 hours of my call, despite being on another service when I called. Rate was reasonable, plumber was professional and got the job done quickly. I called them because they always took care of my parents, and was not disappointed. Highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Unless you can afford 250 dollars to still be in the same condition I would go somewhere else. In the situation the individual worked two hrs on the plugged kitchen sink before giving up. He gave the a option to send us someone else who could possibly try to unclog it. If they could t unclog it it would be no additional cost but if they could it would cost an additional fee depending on outcome! I'm out 250 dollars. I asked for my sink to drain not my bank account - negative 10

One reason we keep using them is that they respond promptly to emergencies. The majority of our calls are emergencies so we need someone that can respond immediately. Also, it is useful that one of their technicians, Ruben, has been with them for so long that he knows our plumbing system very well.

There was some miscommunication about the pricing, but overall I am pleased with their work. They are very responsive, professional, and patient.
