I am president of our homeowners association, so I'm in charge of contracting services such as plumbers. We have used Johnson Plumbing for over 20 years. One reason we keep using them is that they respond promptly to emergencies. The majority of our calls are emergencies so we need someone that can respond immediately. Also, it is useful that one of their technicians, Ruben, has been with them for so long that he knows our plumbing system very well.

We recently bought a house in Merced, there was a leak in 1 of my sink(bad work from previous people) and need our toilets re installed, Called Johnson plumbing for this jobs on separate dates, 1st time they come and fixed it next day, 2nd time, the same day, very nice and professional, they do a really good job, i felt that it was a little pricey, but to be fair: I am not familiar with the rates on this jobs, also you pay for what you get and I got a good service, will call them again if I need them.

Had an issue with sewer line, called and they came out right away. The techs were friendly and took care of the issue right away. They even showed up a little earlier which was great. They cleaned up the area and left no trace. We would definitely call them again.

Oh please Mr. President. I don't dispute the
hour minimum or the minimum money charged.
It's the work ethic to not
fulfill the hour for a hours work.
My understanding is billing is not a flat rate per job
but strictly time and material after first hour.
Did I miss something?

Billed for an hour yet completed job in 22 minutes and
didn't ask if I had any other issues to fill the hour.

Gas leak in wall near fireplace... Manuel Silva did a great job finding the problem and fixing it in a timely manner...thank you
