My review will be like all the ones below mine if I could give them a negative 10 I would my story is the same as many they said they would be here a certain date and time. Never showed up. They finally got ahold of me after I called the warranty company and said they would be here in an hour that turned into 2 hours. They were very rude, very unprofessional. When they came and did their first evaluation of my water heater. The guy who came was hitting on my wife. Why I was not here. I was at work and the next day. They said they were coming to fix it. I had to take a day off work. They never showed. I am also upset with my warranty company first. National warranty is their name. They are also to blame for continuously hiring this contractor and sending them to people's houses who need nothing more than help who paid lots of money for a warranty. Just to be disappointed if you have a warranty and they tell you that Johnson h vac. Is coming, tell them please that you do not want them.
Stay away from this company! If you have AHS cancel them immediately! Johnson Is a scam of a company. Inferior work and an owner that is racist. They do not stand behind their work and will blame you the consumer for any issues. We had a water heater replaced on 12/4 and it was improperly installed. We are still trying to get our issue resolved and Johnson has now ghosted us and will not return calls and have de frauded the process with inaccurate and false information. We have three young kids and we have limited to zero hot water that fluctuates from scalding hot water to zero hot water. They charged us through AHS for an install and then can't even install the water heater properly. Be careful of this company. We are taking legal action as well as involving the attorney general. Ladies be careful the owner Orville talks down and berates women. This is a company you should stay away from at all costs!
This company is terrible! We had TWO calls scheduled with them through our home warranty company. The first call they came at 5:10 which was already outside the window. HOWEVER, the tech stayed for a total of three minutes and did absolutely NOTHING! he didn't take a tool out he didn't touch the furnace. He stated ""We can't even test this out until spring."" and left!
We called the warranty company who had the manger call us. She assured us they could indeed test the a/c and diagnose the issue now. We agreed to an appointment on Dec 5th with a window of arrival between 9-12. At 1:30 when they still hadn't arrived nor called us, I called and the person said he'd call me back in ten minutes. After another hour passed with absolutely ZERO communication from them we had to leave for another appointment. Keep in mind that this is now two hours PAST the outside of the agreed upon window. They finally showed up at 3:50! They are unreliable and definitely based on others reviews and pictures of the work they did as well as our experience not a company I'd ever allow into my home!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. On November 1st, I received an email and text confirmation that Johnson HVAC would be coming to service our HVAC. This service would happen on November 8th between 8:40-5:40, meaning I would have to take off work to stay home and wait for their arrival. Well, November 7th rolled around and Johnson HVAC called to say they were at my house. I told them the confirmation was for the 8th, not the 7th and they hung up on me. When I called the front office, they apologized and confirmed that they would be coming on November 8th.
Well, I stayed home on November 8th and waited all day for them to arrive. No one showed, so at 5:30 I called. The lady checked and said they would be arriving within an hour or two. This would put us at 7:30 (and past my children's bedtime). 7:15 rolls around, and still no one has arrived. I called the office again, and they did not answer.
When I called the warranty to get to the bottom of this issue, they contacted Johnson HVAC and the company said they did not have any appointments in my area and would not be coming on the 8th. So why was my appointment confirmed for the 8th?! Why did you ask me to be home from 8:40 to 5:40 if you weren't going to show? Why did you not answer the phone when I called, but you immediately answered when the warranty called? Why did you tell me you were on your way, but you told the warranty you didn't have any appointments? Why did you show up on THE WRONG DAY?
I have two small children and a freezing house. This is a horrible company and I will make sure everyone knows.
I would give them negative 5 if I could worst work ever I have lick my calling more then 5 time never fixed. call more then 100 time lots of text messages never replay I have warranty for 8 years it's been only 3 years they changed my AC now I have have to change new only it's so bad dislocated AC system drain pan Crack pipe get iced my ceiling fall 3 time when I call top line they told me I need new system because there is more then 7 proble I have pay then around 8 grand and to fixed my AC and ceiling I spen lots of Morey because they never show up they block my phone number I'm about to see them see you in court soon .
I agree with every negative review on here. Something is seriously wrong with this company and I usually don't waste my time leaving bad reveiws because life is too short, but please do not use this company. It will cost you time and money to have to hire someone else to do the job right. Johnson HVAC was assigned to me from AHS. They came out twice to look at the problem then never showed up again or returned calls. I told AHS that they are never to send them to my home again. They told me I can hire my own contractor and they will reimburse me. Hopefully, that will happen but now it has been almost 3 weeks with water in my basement because of them sending over an incompetent company like Johnson. I'm only writing this review to save someone else the hassle that I have had to go through this summer.

I agree with everyone's reviews on this site. 100% HORRIBLE customer service, they didn't once contact me about my service request i put in through HSA. I would rather deal with Comcast customer service, at least they contact me. I had to call Johnson HVAC several times to find out when the technician was supposed to stop by. I usually got their voicemail. I have no idea why HSA uses them, oh yeah i do they are cheap. I canceled the service call from Johnson HVAC and bought it myself. Cheaper and faster. Now to file a complaint with the BBB.
I am also a victim of this horrendous, unprofessional company resulting from a referral by American Home Shield. Please in heavens name do not use this company. In my opinion they do not know the first thing about HVAC, and because of them, it will cost me an additional $2380 to repair and correct what they should have done; and naturally, as with all other reviews they will not return phone calls avoiding responsibility for their mistakes. My journey with this company goes back to March 2021 and is just to long to write about in this review. They even demanded cash of $600 for a repair. When my husband requested a receipt, Johnson stated he would mail it to us. We made several complaints to American Home Shield, who assured us we would receive a receipt. That was in 2021, to this day, we have gotten any receipt.
Please heed the warnings of the reviews! This company is a ZERO and you should not allow them near home. I'm also cancelling my contracts with American Home Shield. They don't care and give you the runaround when you talk to them about this mess of a company!
