We had someone from this company come to our home to fix an issue with our thermostat. It took two days to get someone to come, and when he did he spent most of the time trying to get us to purchase a new AC unit, which was quoted as being from $5000 - $7500. While he was ""checking"" our unit, he let the rest of the freon out of it, and told us that you can't get the type of freon that our unit needs anymore. Prior to him coming to our home, our AC worked, but now it doesn't. We've contacted other HVAC repair companies and found out that the freon for our unit IS still available, but it would be very costly (more than we can afford at this time). We've also been told that it's not normal for freon to escape while checking the level. I feel that this technician sabotaged us to try and get us to buy a new unit, and we've had to deal with our home being up to 94 degrees for the last week. My husband has cancer and now in addition to the chronic pain and nausea he has, he's having the added discomfort of this heat. I wish I had never contacted this company.

We were having some slow drain issues, pretty much narrowed it down to the main line. I called here and was able to get a same day appointment. The friendly and helpful tech arrived, analyzed the system layout and finally located cleanouts in an unusual location and went to work. Somewhere way down the main line there was a blockage and once that cleared it took care of the draining problem. Checked the line with a camera, had a few low spots in the line but I suspect it'll be fine, they offered up an estimate, a bill, and went on their way.
Very happy with the service received, and thats unusual in my experience for a plumber.
