I only gave them 2 stars because I have used them for heating and cooling and have not had an issue. I called them because like I said I have used them for furnace issues (I even have their maintenance package) and they were great. My main drain was clogged I don't have a clean out so a friend had taken the toilet off for access to the main drain. The guy came out (never looked in the crawl space) ran his snake in the pipe and found it went up the roof vent, pulled it out and tried again 1 time and told me it would only go up and that I needed it to be snaked from the roof. Told me it would be $89 and left. I called the company because I didn't feel like he really tried. The plumbing manger called back and said he reviewed his notes and they couldn't help and to call commercial sewer for roof vent cleaning. I called them and it was late so they said they would be out the next day (Friday), well it was raining so they couldn't come out and do their $300 service so it would be Monday. I called Mr. Plumber (they say they will get it or it's free so I thought they might try harder) in desperation. They came out within a couple of hours and cleared it with no problem for $93!!! They did try to sell me on other things but that is their job and they were not pushy about it.

Called Johnson Heating and cooling to come out and recharge our air conditioning system. They looked at it and just wanted to install a new system for $12,000. After I said no to that he said it would be $1,500 to Recharge my system. Called another company and they did it for $489. If you call Johnson heating and cooling be sure to get a second opinion. They are praying on people that dont know better.
