My air conditioning unit is about 23 years old. In previous years I have had Johnson Heating come out to do a maintenance check. Each time they left I held my breath because it is an old unit. Well the salesman did mention that it's an older unit and you may want to call our office about a replacement no one called me for a hard sale. I greatly appreciate that approach. My service was done in 2021 so I don't know what the current status is however I do plan to contact them about a new furnace and air conditioner installation. That is how comfortable I was with the service

My air went out during the hottest week across the map. I call and they have some one out that day and back to cool in a short time. During my estimate it was revealed to me the our old unit was leaking carbon monoxide. It was 40 yrs old. These guys are the real deal. Personable, smart efficient and all around good people. The work is clean and they are great about after work clean up.
I was given the estimate there were no hidden fees and very reasonably for the money and the work that was done I was extremely happy with the quick response to my personal situation and the support that goes with good customer service. Good neighbors to have! Thanks Guys.!!!

charged 598 dollars for a faucet leaking repair that took less than 20 min to be done(the repair costs 10 dollars at Lowe's/Mensrds. there was only a woman and a kid so they took advantage of the fragile situation.
No fair services prices!

Wanted to make sure the AC was good before I bought the house, so I called Johnson Heating and Cooling to check the AC out. Technician said it was in great shape. Moved in a couple of weeks later it has froze up three times. Called to see if they would look at it, since the technician said it was great when it wasn't. They want to charge me to look at it. I could have got credit toward the house for the AC, now im out who knows how much.

We have had plumbers from Johnson replace shut off valves and do a yearly inspection. They were very professional job, very concerned with the quality of their work, and very patient with any questions we had. I would highly recommend them.

I called for a quote to install a bathroom faucet, a kitchen faucet and a water heater. A really nice guy came out and quoted me $625.00 for the bathroom faucet, $625.00 for the kitchen faucet and $650.00 for the water heater. Mind you I have all the parts that is just for the install. I told him thanks but No. So then I get an email from the company. They will do my installs for the bargain price of $1,400.00. Still NO. 3 hours work for that price is crazy. ...
So do what I did next..I got out my old paper phone book and found the smallest ad under plumbers and called him. He will do my 2 faucets for $130.00 .He is licensed,bonded and insured..I can't share his name ..he is on my speed dial now..Those big companies have nice big trucks and lots of overhead which means nice big prices.

I have nothing against the work the plumbers did but the way they conducted business. I was quoted 150 an hour and was told the job might take a few hours. That is fine and all. I paid the bill which they did not go over with me to explain the break down of what I was being charged. I looked over the breakdown of bill they emailed me the next day due to working night shift. I was charged over 200 an hour for 3hour which they were only there for two hours. I called and they acknowledged they lied about their time and refunded for the extra hour. Also surprise they charge 155 an hour per plumber which was never mentioned when I got the quote for the work. I feel the company should have been transparent and up front and honest about how they charge not after the work is done. That was the whole point in getting the quote so I as a single person could prepare for the very large bill. I would never go to them again for any plumbing issues due the dishonesty!

I don't recommend this company, we hired this company, they went there and did not complete the job. We and found out from the plumbing company spoke to the tenant and mentioned that the landlord was not willing to fix everything, NOT TRUE!

I could never do business with this company after hearing this from the tenant, absolutely unacceptable.

I must say I was VERY impressed with whole Johnson Heating Cooling & plumbing team. Don came to the house and prepared the estimate on the spot to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the equipment. I agreed right then that I wanted them to do the work. Three days later the install team, Nick, Dennis, Ryan, & Clayton installed our new Trane systems and water heater. Their team is a well oiled machine, each performing their well-trained expertise. I've had a lot of other service providers over the years, but none compare to the service and friendliness of this team. Thank you all!
