""I wish we could give you a 1 star review. We showed up friday afternoon to fix several things at your home. The last issue was a a clogged sink drain. Unfortunately we were unable to fix this issue. We were trying to set you up an appointment for later in the week but we were already booked early in the week. Before my technitan even left your home you have already left a 2 star review and where arguing with him over the agreed upon price. We did not charge you for the drain snaking even though we spent about a hour tying to fix."" and yes by the owner (so he can't change it later)

clarifying since seems like he likes to twist the responses, sink was not fixed and that was in the deal of price-still paid for snaking drain and that was quoted from his technician(when he said ""we""). so i guess install was 400+ water line and 425 for hookup..lol okay.

If possible would give negative stars. As my previous statement still stands no show no calls and I always get told the same thing ""I'll let technician know and make it as a urgent request"". I have given up on trying to get them to fix what they failed to do. Had some one else come and fix the issue that they ""fixed"" for basically $300 an hour with all material already owned that they use, I highly recommend staying away from this company. Soon will be reaching out to yelp and see if what we can do. Too me this company feels like a scammed, since that's what happened to me .. don't believe the 5 stars.

Was giving 2 star, had now change to 1 star after giving few day chances to fix the issues and such.

No show no call on an appointment for 04MAar2024, left many voice mails and such (over the weekend and monday) . Still having issues of pipe leaking and cleaning it up(not nearly as bad but still a bother and water damage. Made it easier to turn off(kitchen sink hot and cold) my water so it slows down leakage for kitchen sink. Reading those 5 stars, and then experiencing this... I'm jealous. Really hoping they will get back to me soon and fix the leakage and then fix the pipe... after that and if all goes well I'll shall change the rating. For now it's ""I'll let technician know and make it as a urgent request"". Here to hoping I get it fixed today 05Mar2024. Will Continue with the update of this review until the job is done and reasonably done.

They reached out very quickly and were able to see me basically next day. Told them pipe under sink broke and the water won't drained, needed to install Reverse osmosis system under sink (already owned the system) and new water line for fridge (already owned the kit), was quote from like $900-$1,000 (was about average from places that got a hold of me). The company had the tech there for about 3 hours. They installed the water line for fridge (fridge runs smoothly). They installed the reverse osmosis (sadly it leaks and got a bucket under near the sink) not to mention have to turn of cold water if not the double sink fills completely up within 20-30min (still leaks underneath sink on or off. Cleaning the puddle of water it makes, trying to catch with bucket). Without cold water being on some how the sink still fills up (within about now 10-12 hours..more or so now 12 hours since it seems like its less now) so got to use a bucket to empty the sink, or my sink will over flow. After first time emptying the sink I did test the spout for the reverse osmosis and looks like it leaks (idk if set up wasn't done correctly) and turned the cold water off tightly. Once the pipe was fixed, they couldn't unclog the pipe and was able to only snake 3 ft of it (so they charged me about $180 ish dollars instead $300 for it since they couldn't unclog it, but since they snaked it, they still worked on it. Was told that they come back Monday 03/04/2024 and would work on it but would be a new project and estimated price would be $300-$350. What got to me is I did call the number next day (Saturday 03/02/2024 at 9AM) and spoke to a lady (forgot the name) and told her recent work and pipes leaking and the issue and need some one to come out to least fix the issue, since Monday they will work on the other pipes. Lady was rude and said we have no technicians right now, and I'll see when one opens up and basically hung up on my face. Oh yeah no one called back that whole day, so for the time being I'm just going to wait for Monday for the appointment and try to handle the damage control. Hopefully Monday they can fix the previous issues they did on Friday without extra charge (total cost so far is $825 and Monday we shall see). If every thing goes well, I will edit this review (since I know mistakes do happen).

Johnson Bros responded within minutes to my late Tuesday evening Yelp request for a plumber way out here in North Scituate. The appointment was booked first thing the next AM. Jahz arrived right on time the *same day* (the day before Thanksgiving, BTW) and quickly fixed our emergency toilet issue . Jahz was friendly and professional. My elderly parents were having issues with their second floor toilet, shut off valve and supply line. My brother got the ball started by contacting Johnson Bros and received a general quote and appointment fairly quickly. Jahz arrived on time, was professional and responsive to questions. Initially, Jahz attempted to tighten a part to stop the water drip that was happening by the shut off valve but it didn't hold. Over 2 appointments, we had the new toilet installed, shut off valve replaced and supply line through the floor replaced. Jahz tried to minimize the size of the hole he needed to open through the 1st floor ceiling and shared a contractor's contact information who could help with patching it over. Overall, they were true to their price quotes, honest and trustworthy. I've already referred them to my local friends!

He evaluated my issue with heat pump explaining as he encountered ,answering questions in terminology I understood. Reviewed what he found and provided recommendations.
