I was put in contact with Johns Valley Plumbing through our home warranty. Our initial appointment was scheduled to fix a running toilet. On the day of, the plumber arrived 20 minutes early which with my wife's and my work from home schedules was an issue as we were both on work calls. The plumber arrived with his son. Neither of them wore boot covers leaving us to have to clean in their footsteps. The also told us that they needed to order a part for our toilet and that it would take 2 weeks to get it. 3 weeks went by without any word from the plumbers. We called them again and we're told it would take an additional 5 weeks. Upon their second visit the plumber was still unable to fix the issue. At this point the recommended that the toilet be fully replaced. However, the recommended the cheapest toilet possible to the home warranty despite our original toilet being a luxury toilet. The did so full on knowing that they were recommending a much cheaper product and that it would be covered by our home warranty. When I called them to follow up on the reason for their recommendation, they kept dodging the questions and eventually responded rudely and hung up on me. It seems that they have a relationship with the home warranty to help them save costs by screwing people over in return for repeat business.

Rude customer service when you call and when he came he didn't fix the leak issue. He said ""that's as good as it gets you can't get 100%, if you want better call someone else"" ... literally his words. I am not sure why he had to be to so rude, I was nice to him the whole time and am now realizing I should not have to take such treatment. I'm at a rental and I will make sure to let the owner know that these guys offer very bad service.

Our family has relied on John's Valley Plumbing for many years. Jim is the very best! He's expedient, kind and very knowledgeable! Jackie, Jim's wife is equally as knowledgeable and extremely kind and efficient. I would strongly recommend to everyone this terrific plumbing company that can absolutely do it all!!!!!

I agree with all the negative reviews. He doesn't want to do work. Said he couldn't touch anything until I had an asbestos test on the home, the home was built after asbestos. He said it's the rules but couldn't tell me whose rules they were. I called multiple other plumbers and they also said the guy had no idea what he was talking about. He just wants to collect a fee for showing up and does not do any of the work. THE WORST!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

From scheduling service to having the work performed, the process was smooth and easy. Identifying the problem in my bathroom was efficient and the fix was effective. Company staff projects a ""how I can helps you"" attitude and performs accordingly. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a leak at home and this company was sent out as part of our home warranty. They said they could not help us since our problem was not covered, despite language in the home warranty that said otherwise. They said they shut off the leaking valve to prevent further damage but a couple hours later the area was soaked again. When we called to follow up, they said they don't know what to tell us. They do not seem to know what they are talking about and were unhelpful and a bit rude in our experience. Not to mention their pricing is inconsistent. It depends on who you ask. We had to get another, much better plumber out to get the job done. Look elsewhere for help!

These guys just fix all things plumbing. Fast, fair and friendly. Almost didn't call because of tepid reviews. So glad I did. Ricardo is great. Jackie is a great dispatcher.

This business is not legitimate they are thieves that work with fidelity home warranty to collect the service fee and deny service.they won't cover anything, they are rude, unprofessional and just collect money for the company without helping you. They are old and they won't even examine the problem they will just say"" it's not covered "" and walk away Nothing is covered according to them.
They are thieves they are not a real plumbing company.

If you are wondering where all the honest and reliable plumbers went, I'd have to say John's! Jim came out and installed a new faucet in my kitchen and it looks and works great! John's price was more than fair and when there was a small hiccup, company came right out and fixed it! No hassles, no weirdness, just an honest guy who stood behind his work. I would definitely call these folks again!

The person who took my call was very friendly but the plumber that was sent was very unfriendly and looked like he didn't want to work!! Honestly if you don't want to work then don't!!!
