The whole team at John's Valley Plumbing was terrific from Jackie in the office, to Jim , and finally Ricardo who can to my home. They took care of my pressure regulator valve very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

I'm sorry to say the team that came to my house was very unprofessional. They left a horrible mess. I had no expectation that they would clean the backup, but at least the mess they made.

I have used John's Valley plumbing for 15 years. Prompt, professional, and a great plumber.

These guys are the worst. I called Fidelity Home Warranty; they sent us these guys. There is a toy stuck in the Toilet; he wants me to replace the Toilet.

I called an expert Plummer, and they removed the toilet, took out to obstruction, and fixed the issue.

Don't call these guys, they are good at trying to Rip you Off, and they don't do the job.

WORST PLUMBER ON THE PLANET! Had a work order through Fidelity National Home Warranty (worst warranty company on the planet, too, btw) for a broken shower valve. All my bath fixtures are brushed nickel. Rude plumber said my choices were either standard chrome replacement or cash buy out - but that Fidelity would call me with the choices. A month and several phone calls later Fidelity finally authorized that Johns Valley Plumbing would do the replacement with the brushed nickel fixture and hardware that I had already purchased and would provide. John's Plumbing arrived for the scheduled appt and then refused to do the work. Became belligerent - and even after I compromised and said ""fine, install the chrome"" he still refused to do the work. Jackie on the phone was equally uncompromising. I later confirmed with Fidelity that they HAD approved the installation of my nickel hardware. When I called John's, they wouldn't even answer. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE OBNOXIOUS SLOBS - and no, he definitely was NOT a 'smell-good' plumber.

They were assigned my job via Fidelity National. He came to fix the a leak on a pipe that is visible in the bathroom and tried to replace chrome pipe with black pvc. I told him I wanted chrome and he told me he doesn't have chrome, can't get chrome, and Fidelity National wouldn't cover it and that I could ""cash out"" with them. I declined his work and said I'd take it up with Fidelity to get the chrome. When I contacted Fidelity National they told me that John's had told them I wanted to cash out. I corrected them, told them John's was wrong and just said I wanted chrome. Fidelity National said they cover chrome so John's was lying. He came out with the chrome he magically sourced and when he showed me the ""finished"" product the pipes were visibly crooked from 10 feet away. I then tested it and there was a new, different leak. After I made him straighten the pipe and fix the leak he left. Before he left he warned me not to touch the pipes because ""there isn't much holding them together"". I asked if that is because an adhesive needs to cure, and he said no, just not to touch them.

I'd heard labored grunts when he was here and after he left I discovered that he'd defecated in the toilet and left some behind for me to find.

Honestly, I am so glad I didn't believe him when he first came out. People with Fidelity National may not have a choice in dealing with him, but make sure you don't believe anything he says and go back and check with Fidelity.

Don't use this company. Shoddy work. Came to fix a leak but it wasn't fixed. Asked to come back. Came back and said that that's how faucets are, they leak a little by design . Then billed for another service charge for coming back. Asked that they park on the street because HOA doesn't allow trucks on the property. They said they parked on the street. When they were done I went out with them and they were parked in front of the garage. They do shoddy work, and dishonest.

Cheaters, liars, thieves, crooks is what this is. They sent out a tech through fidelity. The tech walks in the front entrance and tell him the drainage is fine now and he left. We find out they were reimbursed by fidelity more than $300 for work they did do. They claim they worked on our dishwasher and they lie.

Writing this for the tech who came out through the home warranty. He was on time and very kind. Also didn't have a problem like other reviewers with the person at reception; everyone in the business was professional and nice. It's hit or miss with home-warranty vendors, but this guy was great!!

I was put in contact with Johns Valley Plumbing through our home warranty. Our initial appointment was scheduled to fix a running toilet. On the day of, the plumber arrived 20 minutes early which with my wife's and my work from home schedules was an issue as we were both on work calls. The plumber arrived with his son. Neither of them wore boot covers leaving us to have to clean in their footsteps. The also told us that they needed to order a part for our toilet and that it would take 2 weeks to get it. 3 weeks went by without any word from the plumbers. We called them again and we're told it would take an additional 5 weeks. Upon their second visit the plumber was still unable to fix the issue. At this point the recommended that the toilet be fully replaced. However, the recommended the cheapest toilet possible to the home warranty despite our original toilet being a luxury toilet. The did so full on knowing that they were recommending a much cheaper product and that it would be covered by our home warranty. When I called them to follow up on the reason for their recommendation, they kept dodging the questions and eventually responded rudely and hung up on me. It seems that they have a relationship with the home warranty to help them save costs by screwing people over in return for repeat business.
