call to John's answering service was returned by David. After discussing the possible options with him, we decided to wait until the morning to address the problem. David arrived on time, and despite a challenging situation, he worked until it was resolved. He was extremely pleasant, competent, and persistent. I highly recommend this company!

Our kitchen sink sometimes had a slow drainage problem. Then one night it came to a complete crawl. It would still drain after 10-20min, but it became almost completely unusable. We spent the next day trying to snake it ourselves, plunge it, and pour some chemicals and hot water down the pipe to loosen the clog. Instead, the clog became worse. No water was moving, after hours, and it started back flowing into our dishwasher, which then poured out onto our hardwood floors. John's Sewer & Drain cleaning called us back quickly and came out within 1hr (during a blizzard) and cleared it right up.

Also, despite having a Woburn location, they were able to get to us quickly in NH!! So don't hesitate if you're in NH and need a save. None of the other services we tried have even called us back yet....

I've needed John's Drains for two separate issues in the last 6 months. Both times I received a prompt response via Yelp scheduling and service within the next day or so. Staff were professional, friendly, worked quickly, and were very clean. Prices are moderate, but it's usually a job I'm happy to hand off to someone else.

John's is great. We reached out on a Sunday afternoon and they were extremely responsive and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The gentlemen arrived on time and was excellent. He was able to clear our main line with ease and even provided professional recommendations for the future from what he was seeing. He also used putty on the cleanout (There wasn't any there previously). I will absolutely reach out to John's for all of my plumbing needs going forward!

Sent a Yelp quote request this morning and received a response within a half hour saying they could come by same day to help with a clogged bath drain in our tenant's apartment. Lenny showed up within the time frame estimated and was fantastic - really helpful, efficient, professional and he had a great sense of humor. He was also really flexible and respectful with both me and our tenant working remotely at the house while he was here. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Will absolutely call them again.

Wish I could give A higher star rating! We've recently purchased a home and came to find out there was a issue with our main sewage drain; our basement was flooding after showers, laundry etc. After trying many different routes to fix it ourselves and other WAY over priced options and quotes for what was needed to be done. Estimated upwards of thousands of dollars for replacing the pipe BUT then I came across John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning and spoke with Tom on the phone, who was a huge help after explaining everything we tired and had done already he instantly knew the right guy to help us out- Greg. Greg was AWSOME. He spent hours working at cleaning our pipe we had so many roots growing within our pipe & prior we were losing hope to be able to have it cleaned and working properly without excavation. Greg did it!!! I can't thank him enough for the time & effort he put in at SUCH a reasonable price. Tom was right Greg is the guy!!! I will only go to them if ever needed again, and highly recommend this company to anyone!
