I requested a quote from John's Sewer & Drain on Yelp to clean a clogged bathroom sink drain. My sister had used them for another job and recommended them. Nick the technician arrived at my house and was able to snake and clean both bathroom sink drains. He was a very nice guy. He wore a mask the whole time and was able to finish the job in about 30 minutes. I would do business with this company again.

The pipes of our kitchen and basement sinks were clogged and the water wasn't draining properly. I reached to John's through Yelp, got an estimate within a couple hours and had a technician home first thing in the morning on the next day. The technician was friendly and did a great job snaking and unblocking the pipes. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning!

After a tiling job in our lower floor bathroom, the shower drain was completely blocked. I thought the handyman had let grout and thinset into the drain . Tried snaking with a long wire that I have and after a foot or so, it was stopping at something hard.

I was almost certain I will need to RIP the floor and replace p trap but wanted to try a professional cleaning before that.

John's reached the next day and in 5 minutes water started flowing unobstructed !
Though I was charged $15 more than what was quoted through yelp, I am not complaining. It is STILL very fair priced compared to services I have used earlier.

We had a sewer-line problem in April that appeared to have been fixed, but apparently not completely. While the response time was great, and the tech did a good job, the problem re-occurred over the weekend. Bill and Chris came out yesterday and did a great follow-up job. I'm confident that we're all set.

I tend to be a hoverer when there are workers in the house, but these two guys were terrific at explaining what they were doing, and they were easy to chat with. When they were done, the work area was spotless.

Despite the hiccup with the first effort, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else if, somehow, we have another problem. I've already recommended John's to people in my office, and will continue to do so.

They came out a week later to make sure everything was ok. Again Chris another employee was amazing....thorough....confident...knowledgable.... Just can't say enough good things. They make one of the worse jobs in the heat (or anytime) a good experience. Cause I was gagging the whole time. ThNk you again.. will seek a routine clean out contract to avoid putting your guys through this again....thank you again.

I chose John's due to their high ratings and rave reviews on Yelp. The recommendation did not disappoint. We needed a section of a sewer drain pipe removed and replaced. They were quick, conscientious, and tidy. They also went above and beyond by laying cement over the hole in the basement and filled another hole with gravel (rat proofing), which they did not have to do. The price seemed appropriate for the job, but I did not shop around due to the great ratings. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Our kitchen drain got blocked. I googled and called the first service that came up. Roto-Rooter. With a name like that I should've known. On the phone I asked what it would cost. ""Our plumber will tell you the cost when he sees the problem"".

""Hmmm"" I thought.

Anyway, they showed up several hours later, and said the cost would be .... $535. I had to ask him to repeat it; yup, $535.

So I told them no thanks and called John's. Turns out we had used them before. They were here in an hour, cleared the drain in 20 minutes. Efficient, friendly, polite plumber. No mess, no fuss, masked-up, job done.

The rate was fair, even with the weekend extra. Paid it happily. Now John's number is on our list for future call-outs and Roto-Rooter isn't.

My bath tub was slow to drain. I finally got around to calling for help and contacted Roto-Rooter. They would not provide a quote but obliged my preferred schedule so I accepted the date offered. When the tech arrived he took one look at the tub and said it would cost $610!!! I thanked him and said no thanks! Went on line and searched via Yelp, using the 'get a quote' tool. I listed what I needed done and provided my email. Within a half hour I got a quote from John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning that said it would cost $160 and they could come in the morning, which was my requested time. Lou, a wonderful tech, and fine person overall, came to my home, was properly masked and quickly attended to the tub. He had the drain cleared within 10 minutes. He was friendly, informative and had a good sense of humor too! I'm glad I found John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning and I highly recommend their services. Thanks Lou!

They came here in a few hours and only took 10 mins to clean out our tub drain. The guy also explained why that happens and what we can do in the future to prevent it.
