The sewer main at one of my rental properties in Boston backed up in the middle of the night. The basement flooded, my first floor tenant's bathtub filled up with sewer water, awful situation. I am so glad I turned to the pros with John's Sewer & Drain, their field tech George used every tool at his disposal to get my situation resolved. Boston Water & Sewer ""determined"" my drain line had collapsed, but George kept at it and ended up clearing an extremely bad blockage situation. Now my line is clear and I will be calling to have George check / snake my drain line annually as THEY ARE WORTH EVERY F&$#*^% PENNY.

Weekend emergency! Clogged drain. OMG. So we called John's S&P and Greg came over. He stayed well into night gushing all the drains and even removed toilet to snake it. He left NO stone unturned.

Greg also was thoughtful in that he carried his mini- snake machine around the outside back stairs vs through the house!

He was committed to clearing the drain. He saw it through until all options examined. We'd recommend Greg in a heartbeat. A hard worker with outstanding work ethic.

Had a back up in the basement drain and needed someone to come quick and thanks again to my fellow yelpers I followed their recommendation and called John's Sewer and Pipe Cleaning. The office personnel were very nice and they sent Ron out within a few hours. The consummate professional, Ron was extremely polite and took care to keep the area clean. He obviously knew what he was doing and was able to quickly figure out how to best deal with the tree roots and the unusual cover on the sewer clean-out. We are very happy with the service and the price was very fair for an emergency call.

Great service. I called yesterday because my basement toilet was gurgling. It would not flush when the washing machine was running. I called and they came out the next day. Angel called within the window and was there on time. He was thorough and made some good suggestions. He fixed the problem and did it in a reasonable amount of time without rushing to finish the job!
