Older property that had a 200' sewer line to city that backed up. 3 other competitors showed up and said they couldn't go that far. ( my sewer is backing up in the basement with ungodly nastiness ) Called Johns in desperation at the end of the day. They said no problem we'll be out in the morning. Jordan showed up and snaked a full 190' where he hit a big root ball. Called Kyle who brought the big gun in... the jetter. Within 25 minutes they blasted everything out to the city's main. What a relief!! Very professional, hard working, problem solving group that was really fair, up front priced for the amount of work that was done. All Hero's don't wear capes. wink, wink.

PS, Tell Jordan & Kyle I found my clean out @ 100' out in the yard that you helped me locate. Thank you guys!! Next time should be way easier.

We have a problematic sewer line that requires it to be snaked every year. I booked John's because of the good reviews and was incredibly impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Had a kitchen sink drain clogged just before the Memorial Day weekend and waited until Tuesday to avoid any additional holiday charges. Called John's on Monday night, spoke with a woman who was quite professional. Had an appointment for the following day. Loved the 2-hour window vs the 4-hour window that some companies give you. Technician came out during the 2-hour window timeframe, got to work and had everything resolved and cleaned up within an hour. Super efficient!! AND John's has very (very) reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

Unplug toilet.
I called three sewer services that had good reviews on Yelp.
John's is the only one that had a receptionist take my call.
The service man came out within thirty minutes and had the work completed in less than a half hour.
I am very pleased.
The other two services that I called 45-60 minutes before calling John's still have not called back.

Superb service and professionalism. Mike called in advance to let me know he was coming over in 20 minutes, asked some smart questions, and honestly seemed to have diagnosed the whole thing before he even got here. Then he got here, thoroughly checked to make sure that his diagnosis was right, while showing and explaining what he was doing, then promptly solved the issued, cleaned the system, and cleaned up the job site, and then gave advice on how to avoid these issues in the future. I think everything was cleaner AFTER he had come over, that's how great he did the work. Despite the thoroughness, the visit took less than the estimated time, and came in under the estimated cost. What?!? Amazing service on a Saturday. Can't say enough good things here.

This company is a hidden gem. They do not try to upsell you like so many other companies.
They are honest and the price for service very fair. I will definitely recommend them to friend's and family and ALWAYS use them again myself!
They were able to come next day after call.

Yes you can have fast, good, and a good price. We had our main line back up and water was coming up into the basement. Our plumber recommended John's, and for good reason. they got back to us immediately, were out within an hour, sent a super helpful friendly technician, who was neat and communicated well with us what he was doing. and the problem was resolved within a little over an hour. What a relief. We expected a big bill, and were surprised at the reasonable price. Sounds like they treat their people well. Couldn't be happier.

My local plumber recommended John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning, and now I know why. They were prompt in responding and tackled what turned out to be a 40 year plus grease plugged up kitchen drain in a drain pipe that ran the length of the house. Ugggh!
