John's pump, Brittany has been very helpful. They came as soon as they could. It took a few days but they were up front about availability and arrived on time. Very kind to our elderly parents and spoke with us via cell to explain everything a second time. We could not ask for a better experience.

Called John's Pump & Electric on a Tuesday and they were out the next day. We had a very slow draining main sewer line that was backing up when a lot of water was being used. They worked for 2 hours but because our house didn't have a main drain access they struggled to get the equipment into the correct pipe. They talked to my husband and left without charging us anything and my husband put in a main drain access that evening. They were back first thing the next day and were able to unclog the pipe. They were friendly and professional and I also appreciated that they cleaned up any mess before leaving. I was concerned what the price tag was going to be but it was reasonably fair. My fingers are crossed that we won't need them again, but if we do we would not hesitate to call.

We have used them several times at our house - well pump repair, plumbing and electrical repair . . . they are always accommodating, prompt and professional. We don't use anyone else!

This company did some trenching work for me. He told me that it would be $1 per foot, with an estimated distance of about 300 feet. I also asked him to put in a hose line which he verbally told me would be about $115. I therefore estimated my cost at about $500 or less. I received a bill for $1,150! Admittedly, they sent me a text in advance of starting the work quoting that price, but I did not see it (my fault). But, that is a tremendous difference. When I have asked him to provide me an itemized bill for why the cost is $1,150, he has flat out refused and threatened legal action. He won't provide details because he knows that he has cheated me and doesn't have a basis for the price. Avoid this company or plan to be cheated.
