They charged me 175$ to unclog 2 toilets. But they never unclogged one. When I called about it they dodged my phone calls and after trying to get a response several times the owner cussed me out as if it was my fault. That's why I hired plumbers in the first place! not to mention they left tools and spit cups in my yard. Awful experience and I'll keep their card just to remember never to call them again. The helper they sent the 2nd time was better than the owner himself. Worst experience ever with a business.

My fault, I forgot to ask how much it would cost. Plumber sent his helper under the house (double wide mobile home) crawl space, went to the truck and got him some glue. The helper glued the two pipes back together where they had come apart at a join. Total time 30 minutes. Total charge $175 including $30 service call. This will never happen again. ALWAYS ask for a written estimate!

Very slow,
I didn't get anything in writing so after the job was half ass complete he doubles the price on me .

After I ask him to leave with the amount of money he said in the first place he calls me and said he was putting a lean on my home if I didn't pay the rest.

When I found these folks through an internet referral, they called right away. John said they would come look at my hot water heater and give me an idea what was wrong as well as an estimate. The next day, they showed well after the time I expected them but no big deal. 5 minutes in the attic and they were ready to give me an estimate. When I was told this "visit" would cost $185, I almost fell off my chair. In fact I JUMPED out of my chair. I said no way. There was never a mention of a cost for estimates, trip charge, etc.! In fact, I told them Roto Rooter gave me an estimate without a charge! John Moore also gives free estimates. These are two of the biggies in plumbing! The employee got a little upset and argumentative and called John. After discussion, there was no charge. The employee threw the estimate on my table and stormed out the door! These folks need to make it clear the cost of an estimate for them is about half the cost of a new water heater. Sad thing about all this, they were the lowest on their estimate. At $1385, it was a good deal and had it not been for the lack of disclosure up front, I probably would have gone with them. Beware folks. They may be a good company overall, but this part of the business scared me off!
