I have been using John for quite a number of years now and he is always fair and responsive. A few days ago had an unexpected emergency where water was coming out of our downstairs toilet whenever water was used upstairs which told me there was some obvious blockage somewhere outside the house. He came early the next day and ran first a 75' snake and then a 150' snake through the cleanout which got rid of the obstruction. Followed up with a camera inspection which showed distress in the clay piping at the lateral about 100' from the cleanout which ended up actually in the middle of the street (but still my responsibility versus the City). He recommended lining the pipe which was much less than trying to dig up (in the street) and also quicker. I okayed the job and his crew dug a 7' deep hole in my front yard to get to the transition point from 4"" to 6"" line which took quite a few hours. Then they came back the next day for the operation to cut the pipe that they exposed so they could insert about 30' of lining. I don't quite understand the technical details but apparently the lining goes in and is somehow inflated and then hardens via some epoxy process which essentially forms a new pipe within the pipe. Basically I couldn't use the water for a few hours but not too inconvenient compared with waiting times for alternative methods. By the end of the second day everything was cleaned up and no more drainage problems.

I was referred to John to re pipe our house, He was knowledgeable and price competitive. He and his crew were also clean, efficient and very reliable. After the re pipe I called him back to replace our water heater with a tank less system. I have hired him for two major jobs and was very satisfied with his work ethic. Excellent Service!
I was able to book an appointment on the same day and they where prompt.
They where able to diagnose water leak and repair it at a fair price.
I didn't feel like i was being scammed.
Will defiantly use them again.

OMG!!! Worst ever. This guy was hired to replace a pipe in the front and screwed up this job badly. When we asked him to do it properly, he SCREAMED at us and left without fixing the problem! This man has terrible anger issues, I would never trust him with anything that needs to be done in / around the house. Horrible experience!

Zero Stars. Two Mercedes van/trucks now? No recent reviews?
Beware. Do not trust them. Email me and I will send you the whole nightmare.
The owner AND employee came out in TWO Mercedes, for roots in drain. Misdiagnosed where the blockage is. No camera, I found out after the fact. They used the smallest electric cable with no bladed claw. They hit the ""blockage"" after only 3' horizontally. A bigger machine? Would not work. Only option to open up the slate patio and dig out, remove and replace the broken pipe. All of the drainage pipes and new clean out were replaced fairly recently by ""house age"" standards. There are more professional steps to recommend.
Where I live a lot of neighbors have root problems. I have dealt with the problem for years. All the newer plumbing is not near where there are roots/trees. They tried to convince me theirs was the only option.
They charged me too much for an accidental, temporary fix.
Another plumber with a better, not best size snake, found no blockage for another ten feet. Then the hard sell for hydro jet first, at twice the going rate, then the camera etc., etc.,....
Still looking for an honest plumber....

Unreliable. John has a difficult time keeping his appointments. Twice we made an appointment and he was a no show! He did not even bother to call to apologize. I don't know about you, but my time is way to valuable for this kind of business.
